The environment is very peaceful and quiet during most of the time. Driving distance to local population place is very near. Overall very satisfied and love it!

Reasonable price, complete facilities, clean and nearby to town. Florence very responsive.

Natalie's place great. we really enjoy our stay in our first time visit to melaka. all the picture in airbnb was the same with real condition. walkable distance to jonker streets. this location have lot of variety restaurants for breakfast.lunch and dinners.

Glad to found this airbnb during our 3D2N trip to Melaka. Guards was helpful during the first check in registration and was greeted every time when we passed by. Walked in to the flat and “wow, cosy and pretty”. Everything was the same as what it was described. Internet was good and there was no lagging on the network. Toilet was clean too although found a small little active cockroach on my last day. Towel provided and shower gel was provided too. Shower hot water was good. Bed mattress firm, nice to sleep on. But found a stain on the common room blanket wondering is it blood stain. But is ok. Small patch. Aircon was strong enough to cool u down after shopping on a super hot day. It came with a small balcony and they have a nice scenery view from there. Had our enjoyable stay at the airbnb and will recommend for those who wanted to find airbnb during their stay in Melaka.

We really loved the unit. Its beautifully decorated, clean, and super comfy. A perfect place for a relaxing staycation. However, the check-in process could be improved as the instructions weren’t very clear and lacked details such as pictures or clearer directions to the exact unit. It took us a while to figure things out. But aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Great host and communication. Apartment was clean with great wifi and comfy bed. Property itself is a bit dated and past its prime, but the pools looked nice and the gym was small but surprisingly had very new equipment. I think this place makes more sense if you have a car; the biggest downside was trying to cross 6 lanes of traffic on foot with no crosswalk (plus the uncovered sewer that’s probably an even bigger danger…the city needs to fix these, only a matter of time before an adult severely breaks their leg or a little kid dies).

Our stay was great. The condominium was spacious and had great vibes. The place was clean and the attractions were walkable from the condominium. The host was super friendly and responsive and helped me with everything and lete check in later at night as my bus got late.

The host was very responsive, helpful & kind. Mmg rasa mcm duduk rumh sendiri. Almari baju wangi, dgn baju2 & beg pun jadi wangi. The effort yg host put on this homestay mmg A+. Sabun & shampoo pun host pilih yg suits for sensitive skin. Ada sediakn sabun utk basuh baju jugak & baju I still wangi. Balik rumh trus beli sabun basuh yg sama mcm host ni guna utk homestay 😂 overall 10/10. Will repeat again 🩷

This review is for Boon’s service & fast response. There was some issue with our check in on this unit & Boon provided alternative on the spot that doesn’t require much hassle to get there as we are traveling with our senior pet. We have our concerns initially however everything went smoothly & we had a pleasant stay. We enjoy the hospitality and the good customer service experience with Boon. The location is near to most tourist attractions & food.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully designed and incredibly aesthetic...every corner felt thoughtfully put together. It was also very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Truly a lovely home away from home. Definitely recommended!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—everything matched the listing perfectly. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. The location is also very convenient, close to everything I needed. The only minor issue I experienced was with the lift access card. Sometimes it took multiple tries before it worked, so it might be worth checking if the card reader needs maintenance. It wasn’t a major problem, just a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

They were very responsive and provided us with a lot of information about our stay. The facilities in the building were quite good also, big swimming pool too. Overall good stay, good experience, might repeat stay here next time👍🏻

性价比较高，房源干净，备有snooker，游戏机和麻将，有tvbox，虽然有点卡…餐具，饮水机，冰箱，微波炉，锅具都齐全。冷气会冷，花洒水压够强。host回复信息有点慢，但最后都有及时处理。四到六楼的visitor停车场方便，只是遇到退房高峰时间会塞车…泳池人很多，桑拿房和jaccuzi只有居民才能使用。总结来说适合一家大小styacation，性价比确实高

Alina est soucieuse de ses hôtes et met tout en oeuvre pour que votre séjour soit agréable.. A l arrivée eau fraîche au frigo ainsi que des petits gâteaux et du thé on été très appréciés . Le logement est conforme à la description. La résidence est très calme. La piscine est immense. Le quartier est populaire. On s est déplacé en taxi pour aller vers Malaca (à 20min pour 17 RM) .

The house is comfortable for 3 of us eventho there is 1 room. They prepared an extra bed in the living room. The house has a great view of sunset in the balcony, took some great pictures. The host is very friendly and is always response when we need something. Thank You !
