Holiday rentals with a patio in Melaka Tengah District

Location is great! Not near the tourist center, but as we drove, that’s exactly what we wanted for some peace and quiet. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby if not driving though. Apartment is clean, but sheets and towels are a bit old. Huge space for children to run about. My daughter loves the rock wall and playground. Some amenities need booking which is troublesome and we didn’t use it. Swimming pool is fine though, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall will definitely recommend this place for bigger groups and/or for children.

This place is worth the price. The host is very responsive and allows for early check in (depending on availability). The place is really clean and there's Netflix account available as well. Quite peaceful at night. One of the downside is the availability of lifts during check in and check out time. During the weekends, the lifts' availability is very limited, so need to wait for quite some time before you can have access to lifts. This in no part is host's fault, anyway. The host went out of his way and accommodated us another extra hour of check out so that we don't get out at the same check out time as the other people who stayed in that place. That was really thoughtful. If I come to Melaka in the future, I will choose this place again.

Best tapi kalau ada washing machine n alat memasak lengkap lagi best …sebab saya stay lama agak leceh skit.. lepas tu nak amik makanan grab food pun kena ambil dekat guardhouse … rumah blok C kat belakang ..jauh bjalan nak ambil kat guardhouse if rider bole hntar kat bawah blok lagi best

Homestay yang terbaik saya pernah book dalam Airbnb. Host bagi check-in awal dan bagi kami guna barang2 yang ada di homestay. Things like this yang buat kita ingat dan nak book lagi in the future. The home was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent and close to many local eateries, but still quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, providing clear check-in instructions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay here and the airbnb is in a superb location, about 8 mins walk to Jonker street and there are alot of restaurants and convenience stores that open till late in the vicinity too. Host was very friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions for checking in and out. Will stay here again the next time we visit Malacca 😄

I booked the unit for my relatives. At first I am very very very worried about my choices. I contacted the host asking her many many questions, but the host reply me with kind. Thanks. The cleanliness of the unit very good. No smell. The toilet also very clean and without smell. The aircon also cool. This is really a good place to rest. Imagine... when you travel go to the shopping, go to the attractions, walk until very tired then go back to the homestay , open the air con, after bath, lay on the bed, then you will fall asleep, because the unit too cozy. Here also got best view to see. Suitable for the family who have teenagers because it has three bedrooms.

Great host and communication. Apartment was clean with great wifi and comfy bed. Property itself is a bit dated and past its prime, but the pools looked nice and the gym was small but surprisingly had very new equipment. I think this place makes more sense if you have a car; the biggest downside was trying to cross 6 lanes of traffic on foot with no crosswalk (plus the uncovered sewer that’s probably an even bigger danger…the city needs to fix these, only a matter of time before an adult severely breaks their leg or a little kid dies).
