Great stay in Port Melbourne, an option if you would like to stay out of the city. Check in was fuss free as well as clear instructions were given. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My now husband and I stayed here for our wedding and the house was absolutely stunning!!! much larger than I expected (e.g high ceilings) so much character, loved every detail and ended up with some beautiful photos with the fireplace and arched hallway ceilings. we did our first look on the porch and it was such a a vibe. everything was clean and Jing was super responsive and helpful, she was able to accommodate what I needed in preparation for the wedding which made the whole experience stress free so our focus would just be focusing on our big day. other than the gorgeous home, we were able to walk to junction to get food and groceries with ATM, chemist, Aldi and Kmart about 10 min walk. quiet neighborhood. Thank you so much! Our photos and videos turned out everything we wanted and more which is due to the overall aesthetic and essence we were after 💖

Wonderful home and location. The house had everything you need and my two children and l really enjoyed playing table tennis, pool and fuse ball. The view from the balcony was spectacular with the added bonus of being able to wake up to the view from two of the bedrooms. We enjoyed the bbq facilities, nature walks and morning coffees on the balcony while swinging on the egg chair. A perfect place to connect and relax.

A perfect stay for our mixed family of older parents and siblings. Plenty of spaces to be together, or have our own time. Even before checking in, we were treated with kindness from the staff. Upon walking in, house was even better than we expected and definitely gives that ‘wow’ factor! Wish we could’ve been there even longer to really soak in the surroundings. The views are stunning and so peaceful. Main bedroom and ensuite was something else too! We felt a bit like royalty. What a great find! Beyond grateful & hope to return for a peaceful getaway with friends.

Honestly, Seednest is a gem. This house is absolutely gorgeous! Warm and welcoming, spacious, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is just magical - we had 2 kookaburras visit us morning and evening and even saw some deer loping through the forest at the bottom of the yard. It was peaceful and serene, and beautiful to view from the deck or the huge windows in the living area or master bedroom. Our host Richard was friendly, approachable and very quick to respond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope I get the opportunity to do so.

Nic's place was absolutely perfect for us! With a couple of pregnant ladies and couple of infants in the mix, there was plenty of space for everything to either come together or do their own thing in separate spaces. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and a we loved sharing meals around the large dining spaces, inside and out. Can't recommend highly enough! We look forward to returning

Perfect place for having a few mates around and relaxing. Nice and central spot with restraunts within walking distance. Katie was extremly helpful and went above and beyond. Amazing place to stay and well worth it.

A beautiful, four bedroom home that was warm, spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated. Located in a quiet street with a remote control lock up garage, close to shops & restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and will definately stay here when visiting family in the future. Thanks Ashley for great communication and being a great host.

Where to begin? The photos were exactly as described. Extremely beautiful and clean. The kitchen was all fully stocked and functional even to the smallest things like rubber bands, sandwich zip locks, foil, etc. she even had a rice cooker for our convenience. The flow of the home was well thought through, planning of space layout made sense, heating throughout the home was well distributed. Clare is such a great host, she’s so thoughtful and gave us extra time for check in and out. I am very grateful for her accepting our request to stay at their lovely and homely home. It was warm, inviting and wanted to stay at home all day but we were on a holiday so was out most of the time. Wished we had more time to stay in! Thank you Clare x

Awesome warehouse conversion with some cool features. Plenty of beds and space.

This place was amazing! From the moment I made the booking, Nicola was responsive and very welcoming to deal with. Nothing was missed and everything was taken care of from milk in the fridge to treats upon our arrival. The beds were comfy and the house was warm and stylish. We really had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend staying there to anyone.

We stayed at Kerin’s beautiful home for a multi generational family celebration and it was superb!! The house has everything you need for multiple guests - beds were all comfortable, linen was gorgeous, heaps of glassware, crockery & platters etc. We loved the massive antique dining table, lamps everywhere for a dreamy cosy vibe, and two different lounge areas plus a great outdoor area meant we never felt crowded despite our numbers. The parking permits were so helpful for us as were the miki cards for public transport. Our host Kerin was kind, accommodative and very thoughtful. Location was also amazing for city, St Kilda, Chapel St, MCG and an easy drive to airport. We would highly recommend Kerin and this home for any trip to Melbourne - you will be made to feel so welcome at every turn.

This place is totally amazing. In the best position. Kerrie is a brilliant host, friendly and helpful in every way. Our doggy loved it too. I hope to be back one day .. we loved it.. Perfect place, perfect position and perfect hosts 😀

We stayed at Jonathan’s house for two nights whilst we were in town for a function. Check in was very easy, made so by the instructions provided by Jonathan prior to arrival. The place was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean, water pressure and temperature were perfect which is sometimes hit and miss, but not at Jonathan’s! Everything needed was supplied, the 4 bedrooms a bonus if you have a larger group staying. Went for a walk around the area, be careful those hills will get you as we found out! Overall an amazing place to stay, no dramas or issues to raise, we will definitely be keeping this on our list of places for where to stay when in town.

Aurelie's home was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and well positioned in the Melbourne suburbs. Great communication from host on arrival and departure. Nice touches of a welcome gift and message. Couldn't fault.

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

The house was very spacious, well stocked with everything you could need, in beautiful surroundings. Fantastic space for groups with multiple bathrooms & living spaces. Coat hangers & an iron were available (handy if you’re attending an event nearby!). Anneke was friendly and responsive, with clear instructions for a smooth check in/out process.

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist.
