Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (some in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

Comfy memory foam queen size bed for a great nights sleep in a tranquil space. This is a one bedroom studio. Centrally located. 2 minutes to the historic district, shopping, F.I.T., 12 minutes to the beach. I love it and you’ll love it too! One hour away from major attractions.

The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.

Manatee Point Cottage, Private Waterfront Getaway

The Manatee Point Cottage is a quaint, private 1 bedroom, 1 bath residence with stunning views and access to the Eau Gallie River. The Manatee Point Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and bath, cable television, WiFi, and outside deck to relax on after a great day on the water. Guests will have access to kayaks and boat dock to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway.
