The panoramic view is really great! Nice is that there is a double shower in the bathroom and a separate scullery with the washing machine and dryer.

We have had a really great stay at Melhus, we were at a training collection and good conditions for training and very nice house with all amenities and great surroundings. Our family of four stayed at Eivind’s house during the FIS Nordic World Championships in Trondheim for 10 days in March 2025. We had a great stay with relatively short distance to Granåsen Ski Arena as well as the City Centre of Trondheim. The house was cosy, tidy, and well organized. Everything went smooth, and Eivind was very helpful, and he also let us use his charger for electric cars. We would love to come back!

A very tasteful, extremely well-kept apartment in beautiful surroundings with sea views. The best equipment and plenty of space. Very recommended.

If you're looking for a spot in a beautiful location close to town, this is it!! we woke up to amazing views from bed and swam off the dock every morning even in October and warmed up in the cosy cabin. suggest hiring a car to get around and really explore tronheim and the fjords around it. so happy we booked Micheal's place.

Martin's apartment really is the perfect place to stay in Trondheim if you want to get out and explore the city. It's incredibly well located - the longest we had to walk to get anywhere was about 15 minutes. The views across the fjord from the balcony are exceptional; we absolutely loved sitting out there and enjoying the scenery. The city can be a bit loud at night (car noises, music, etc), but once the door to the balcony is closed, it's completely silent, so there was no worry of being disturbed. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen incredibly well stocked, and the double-layer curtains make sure it gets nice and dark when you want to sleep. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit to this wonderful city.

I recommend this place and would gladly rent it again. Everything you need to stay comfortably and conveniently. Good opportunity to use public transport or park your own vehicle and buy charging for an electric car on the property. Easily accessible. Tidy, simple, close to the grocery store and peaceful.

Nice apartment, some noise in the evening. But all in all very good stay. The host responded quickly and things were in place at the agreed time. The host was also very helpful with luggage when we arrived a little earlier! Recommended!
