Calefacción con estufa de combustión lenta (leña incluida en el costo diario); todas las ventanas de termopanel. Agua caliente con termo electrico. Costo de la tinaja es aparte y el valor es de $40.000 por día. La Tinaja se debe solicitar con un día de anticipación, por el tiempo de preparación, se podrá usar despues de las 18 horas del día solicitado.

Sencilla y jovial tiny house para 3 personas (equipada con todo lo básico) en tranquilo lugar, ubicado a 17 km de Curacautín, cercano a diversos atractivos como Parque Nacional Conguillío, Laguna Negra, Salto del Captren, Termas Río Blanco, entre otros. Hay una escalera casi vertical para acceder a la habitación (peligroso para niños pequeños e incómodo para personas con movilidad reducida) Los 250 mts antes de la tiny house no son aptos para vehículos muy muy bajos.
