"Panorama Balcony" Mountain Chalet-Manor House

At 1100m, in Ziria, is the picturesque capital of Feneos, Goura. Our Chalet-Archontiko is located in the forest and dominates the top of the village. The panoramic balcony, with incredible views of the plateau and the surrounding mountains, transforms from hour to hour along with the landscape and the forest, time stops. Everyone finds what they're looking for. Ideal for both family holidays and couples, but also highly recommended as a starting point for adventures, activities and excursions.

Theta Guesthouse

Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house. A spacious house with a dome, completely renovated in 2022 and accommodating up to 4 people. It has WC and a separate area with a shower-hydromassage. It has Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime account. The wooden balcony offers a nice view of the village and the courtyard on the green mountainside. Parking near the house.

Traditional Residence in Mainalo

Traditional, stone two-storey house which dates back to 1866. It is located in the historic village of Alonistaina at the altitude of 1220 meters 10 km away from Vytina and 20 km from the ski center of Mainalon. The building is stone-built with traditional wooden elements, and the house in question is on the first floor, overlooking the Elisson River. The traditional decoration combined with the natural beauty of the area create a special atmosphere of relaxation to the guest.

Rodanthe's Guest House

Just 50 meters from the central square of the village of Stemnitsa, through a dreamy stone alley, is the fully renovated Rodanthi guesthouse. Built of stone and wood in 1867 with the traditional structure of the mountainous Greek villages, it offers a unique view of the mountain and the stream as it is located at the end of the path. There is a parking space right below the house. The river Lousios is close enough for an adventurous tour!

Delvita Mansion

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

In Vytina, which combines secularism with tranquility and contact with the special and refreshing nature due to its location and altitude, we built our home. It was a stone house, and we renovated it in the most modern way but maintaining the original look. There one lives the absolute tranquility and freedom since the distance from the square, the paths in the lush vegetation and the visit to other famous villages, is a "breath"

Quiet apartment a few meters from the center of Olympia and close to the Archaeological site within walking distance. Three main bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, a shared area with a sofa bed and a separate bathroom. Balcony, terrace and courtyard around the apartment in contact with the garden. Convenient parking on the street in front of the apartment. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking meals.
