Apartment holiday rentals in Melitsa

Quiet and peaceful in the countryside surrounded by kumquats and olive trees. We arrived without a car as we were planning walks and were interested to see if we missed a car. We took a taxi from the Lidl by the airport after buying provisions, around 65€ one way. Our small accommodation called Kumquat was detached and on the end of a row of 4, set up above the lovely pool. It is open plan with kitchen and separate bathroom and it was cleaned every day by the staff. We cooked a few times there's everything you need. Bring some salt pepper and oil as there's none provided, although there were some lovely welcome drinks in the fridge. We found great walks and we used the bikes provided by the host to get to the beach just over 2km away. Great outdoor shared kitchen too. We didn't miss the car as we used our feet and bikes. Highly recommend Angelo's taverna en route to the beach, family run, friendly, fab food. Loved Alexandra's place, will be back!

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage ist für abendliche Spaziergänge durch die Stadt sehr gut. Was wir nicht wussten ist, dass Sidari eine kleine Touristenstadt ist mit vielen Souvenirshops und Bars mit Live Musik. Aber wem das gefällt, der ist hier richtig.

Inge und Reinhart sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und ihre Tipps für die Erkundung der Gegend waren sehr wertvoll. Die einzigartige Aussicht und die ruhige Lage haben uns aus der Seele gesprochen. Ein Paradies wie es im Buche steht.

ci siamo trovati molto bene nel monolocale di Sia, molto pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Ottima la posizione, vicina al Canale D' Amour e ai locali . Siamo soddisfatti, lo consigliamo

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is well appointed, and the view can’t be beat. We used the shared rooftop space frequently, and we almost always had it to ourselves. The apartment is within walking distance of a handful of restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery store. It’s a hike to and from the below beach area, but once you get there, it’s a perfect swimming spot. Complimentary cleaning was offered twice a week, so the place was always spotless. The parking area has a bit of an incline, so be cautious of your bumper.

Clare and I had a 10 day stay here, communication with Magdellini was very good, and her Mum Chryrssa was a joy, great for local information and became a real friend over the time of our stay. You have to give this place 5 stars as the situation is second to none, fantastic views, early morning and late night swims from the beach, great restraunts on your doorstep but far enough away for them not to disturb the tranquility, the accommodation is pretty basic and probably would benefit from a little updating, we had a fantastic holiday there and would recommend it to anyone, thinking of staying, we both would definitely go again in a heart beat..

L’appartement était super, d’une propreté irréprochable et le linge sent super bon. Le propriétaire nous à laissé de supers petites attentions en arrivant et la communication était super fluide.

Very lovable people own this magic place. They’ve been very caring with us every day. The place is absolutely amazing, you have a beautiful view on all ipsos bay and is very near to the beach bars and markets.

Dimitris was a wonderful host, a really nice man. He works hard all day maintaining the gardens and pool area while not being invasive. The apartment was just as described and the surrounding area even more beautiful than the pictures show. The housekeeper was lovely too, always happy to talk and very attentive. Always somebody on hand if you need assistance. Location is perfect. Very peaceful and quiet with a pool and beach on your doorstep. Local amenities within 10 minutes walk. I will miss staying here, it felt like home❤️

Very nice place, everything was close to the apartment. Only thing that could be better was the internet, because basically it was not working at all. The host was very nice and communicative. I recommend booking this place, its super good for this price.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Unterkunft ist einfach unschlagbar und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Super schöne Umgebung und super freundlicher Kontakt :)

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und es hat sich angefühlt, als würde man seine Großtante besuchen. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt und sowohl den Balkon als auch die Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen.

Super Wohnung. Nette Kommunikation. Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Es war immer jemand da zum ansprechen. Die Lage ist super es führt ein Weg zum Strand ca. 10 min. Mit dem Auto sind es 5 min nach Sidari. Wo wir nur wenig waren da es sehr touri lastig ist. Umso froher waren wir, dass die Unterkunft ruhig an einer Straße gelegen war. Von hier aus sind wir mit dem Auto schnell an Supermärkten gewesen und konnten die Insel erkunden. Die Kommunikation war super und schnell.

Γιώτα, Areti and Mr. Kostas did a great job coordinating our check in. Due to flight delay and consequent missed car pick up we arrived to the apartment at 6am next day but we were nevertheless able to check in without wait. We stayed at the top floor apartment and we enjoyed cleanliness, large kitchen, welcome food and essentials for both kitchen and bathroom, and efficient A/C. The bedrooms are spacious and four usable independent terraces surround the house, which lies in the middle of a large garden. The nearby road is not overly busy and anyway the double glass windows shielded us from the noise. At night we could hear the scops owls communicating to each other in their funny way. The location is strategic for visiting (by car or even by bus) the North-West part of Corfu. Mr. Kostas (the owner) is a very kind business man who lives in an adjacent villa; he was very proactive in helping us and he made us feel us welcome. We also enjoyed a very flexible check out. We recommend it!

Casa un po’ spartana, ma giardino e posizione splendida

We had an absolutely wonderful week staying at George's apartment. It's no exaggeration to say that it was the loveliest place we've ever stayed - the views and location were incredible, and the apartment had everything we needed for a great stay - all spectacular and spotless! On top of that, Anastasia and Costas couldn't have been more accommodating - very warm, welcoming and kind. We'd thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit Paleokastritsa - and we can't wait to come back again!

Bel appartement (mieux que sur les photos) avec une belle vue et bien situé à Dassia. Plage et restos accessibles à pied. Dassia est un bon endroit pour visiter le nord de Corfou. Stefanos est gentil et s'occupe bien des appartements. La baignoire jacuzzi est un bonus assez sympa. A savoir : quelqu'un vient dans l'appartement pendant notre absence pour vider les poubelles et changer les serviettes. C'est un bon service mais surprenant si on n'est pas prévenu au début. Je recommande !

Eine absolute Traumwohnung! Wunderschön, sehr geräumig und mit einem traumhaften Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, ein bequemes großes Bett und ein gemütliches Sofa – alles top! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Gastgeber Dimitris, der unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar war. Die Wohnung wurde alle drei Tage gereinigt, inklusive frischer Handtücher – ein Service, mit dem wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden, was in der Gegend nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und traumhafte Buchten. Fünf Sterne sind fast zu wenig! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!

Nous avons vraiment adoré la semaine passée dans l'appartement de Peter. Le logement est bien agencé, joli, propre et au calme. Vous pouvez profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse en toute intimité. L'emplacement est parfait si vous avez une voiture et que vous souhaitez faire le tour de l'île. Corfou, à environ 15 min de l'appartement est une ville charmante qui mérite qu'on s'y attarde. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !!!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Diese ist ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand haben wir ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß benötigt. Hier findet man viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B Supermärkte). Es gibt die Möglichkeit einen Transfer vom Flughafen in die Unterkunft zu buchen. Dieser kostet pro Fahrt 40€. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es gibt ebenfalls die Möglichkeit eine Reinigung in Anspruch zu nehmen, um die Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Mit dem Roller, was ich empfehlen würde, ist die Insel gut zu und schnell zu erkunden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Perle rare. Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. Très bon choix comme point de départ pour faire des excursions sur toute la partie centre et nord de l’île. Helia taverna pour un bon repas … Supermarché : bimbos est le mieux pas loin sinon plus grand à Corfou et Sidara. Le jacuzzi est de très haute qualité Équipe réactive : nous a apporté une passoire et des cuillère manquante en quelques heures. Vous ne serez pas déçu !

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting. It exceeded my expectations. We felt very at home. It had everything we needed - toiletries, towels, dishwashing tablets, soap etc which I didn’t expect. The location is PERFECT. Near the beach and next to the best restaurant. Altogether a wonderful apartment and friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you. Will recommend it to friends. 😊
