Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Melksham

This property is in such a beautiful village, that we never wanted to leave! The space is bright and airy, w/everything needed to be comfy. There’s a binder w/everything you need to know, plus info about the 2 local pubs & dining options, etc. (Thurs. night at the Catherine Wheel is a MUST!). You won’t find anything remotely touristy in the village, which is why we loved it so, but it’s perfectly situated for easy drives to Bath, the Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm & The Farmer’s Dog (for Top Gear/Jeremy Clarkson fans), and so much more! Check out Soho Farmhouse in Chipping Norton for a truly fantastic outing! The Goat Shed has a double gate behind which you and your vehicle are safe and secure (although there’s no need for concern of that in Marshfield!). A grass lawn awaits your pet or children to play in, with zero risk of danger or escape. These 2 ladies from Canada and the U.S highly recommend a stay here (just bring a face cloth, as that was the only thing missing)!

The apartment was perfect spacious. You do need to be fit as it was on the top floor of an extremely steep staircase. It was a hot day when we stayed and although it says can cold at night due to being an old building it was not the case for us. Perfect location and had everything you needed and more.

We have just arrived back from a fabulous stay at River's Street in Bath. We booked to visit during a peak weekend for an event in the park, so the price was as anticipated but it was definitely worth it. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with beautiful decor. Just a short walk from the event, and also the main shops, bars and restaurants. The owners were fantastic at providing information and recommendations in the run up, and check in was easy and straight forward. We had never visited Bath before but we now love this city and all the beautiful buildings and history, so will definitely be back one day! Thanks again for making our weekend memorable.

Rebecca’s place was one of my best AirB&B experiences ever! The apartment (flat) was in a perfect location near everything. It was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and with lovely views. Rebecca (Bex) was extremely friendly and took a great interest in our comfort and well-being. This is an excellent location! Taxi stand across the street and of course the train station, about 10 minutes to Bath on the train. It was clean and tidy, and a good kitchen, everything you need, with a Sainsbury express right across the street to stock up. I did not have a car, but there is parking. And you can walk over the train tracks to the pub, the Old Road Tavern.

Hosts were professional and friendly. Clear easy to follow communications for access etc. Parking super handy to have! Apartment has a few steps to access the main building door otherwise super accessible and flat once inside. Apartment stylish and fun - great for pics if you’re feeling boujee! Would stay again for sure as it was what it said it was!

The flat is outstanding in its style and comfort. The block really is an icon of architecture and wow factor.

Catherines place was fantastic as soon as we walked it it smelt lovely and the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was in a 5 minute walk to the Outlet Village and the Steam museum. It was also very convenient as we were going to our sons wedding at The Pear Tree in Purton and Catherine was very kind as to let us check out a little later.

A great house in a very central location. So convenient for everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was lovely! Good clean accommodation with a homely feel. Easy to get to Bath by car from here and private place to park outside the house.

We enjoyed our time in this hilly small village. We went and ate at the local pub. It is a hilly walk we drove. Super friendly people. It was a lovely spot to be to visit the Cotswold area.

Great location if you just want to relax and walk round the village and nearby paths. So easy to just pop back to the cottage to take a break and then venture out again if you just want to spend a couple of days relaxing and enjoying Castle Combe. Cute cottage with many original features. Decent condition considering the age of the house and well maintained!

The home is beautiful, exactly as pictured, in excellent condition and perfectly clean. The location is picturesque and quite private. Hermione is an excellent host and was extremely helpful during our stay, providing recommendations for food, things to see and do as well as support for any issues we had. We would absolutely stay here again, it was an exemplary experience!

10 of us spent a family long weekend here. The mill is perfectly set-up for group meals and relaxation. The piano was a great bonus and helped make a very rainy day most enjoyable. There are some very good walks from the door and they led conveniently to decent pubs. All in all, a most enjoyable experience

A beautiful home that has been lovingly restored and is so peacefully decorated in calm colours yet retains a real "cottage feel." Was such a treat to have both our morning coffee and evening meal in the sunny garden whilst listening to bird song. Local pub served amazing food and very easy to walk to. Highly recommend this property.

Was a great check in with John who gave clear instructions and a brief intro to the apartment. It’s an historic building nestled in a beautiful secluded spot but immediately accessible to Stroud including a walkable supermarket. We were treated to a brass band on Sunday morning from the park bandstand opposite! Comfortable and cosy interior perfect for our short stay. John was the perfect gentleman and host

The apartment was just what we needed for a short stay, but was very well equipped if we had stayed longer. Sophia's had all the little touches- towels, toiletries and a welcome hamper which our son was very happy with. Easy short bus ride into Bath with a bus stop just round the corner at the Hub. Spotlessly clean, we'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you Sophia.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jane Austen’s former home—charming, quirky, and full of character. The apartment is beautifully restored with a perfect mix of historic detail and modern comfort. From flagstone floors and Georgian panelling to surround sound and a rainfall shower, every space is thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the light-filled kitchen overlooking a rose-filled courtyard and the cozy, art-filled living spaces. The location is ideal, right across from the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens, and Maxwell was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and attentive. Sitting at the wooden desk, it was easy to channel your inner Austen, finding inspiration here. A peaceful, welcoming home that made us feel both transported and completely at ease.

We were two couples staying for a weekend in Kate’s. The apartment is comfortable, close to local bus routes, shops and cafes and about a 30 minute walk to the city centre. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Kate’s suggestion for free parking (five minute walk) was great and much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Great little place with plenty of space for 2. Absolutely minute issue - review says coffee machine and it was a cafetière. I’m a bit coffee made and would have liked to have known if it was pods, barista home, stove top etc. Too minor to impact. Really nice place.

I was sad to leave! Lucinda’s place is fabulous - I felt right at home. Everything about her place exuded peace and comfort. Easy access to wonderful restaurants and darling shops. Lovely to just walk around Tetbury as well as easy access to Kemble train station where my colleague and I took day trips to Oxford and Bath. The bathroom was spotless and I took a bath every night in that wonderful tub. I wasn’t traveling with children, but Lucinda’s place is set up for children - books, high chair, toys - all lovely. I hope to go back!

A group of friends stayed at this beautiful property for an event at Royal Crescent, though the property is on the outskirts of Bath it was easily accessible on the no 2 bus to the centre of Bath. Jayne was very obliging when I asked for an earlier check in. The property was very well equipped, comfy furniture and quiet surroundings so it made are stay very enjoyable we would definitely stay again. Thank you Jayne.
