FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

Each duplex has two bedrooms, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the mezzanine, as well as a living room with an equipped kitchen and a private terrace. The outdoor garden, pool and barbecue areas are shared. Located just steps from Rons Beach, very close to downtown, they have free WiFi and free private parking. One pet is accepted, which must always be accompanied in common areas.
