In the summer, Finnvikhaugen is the perfect place to experience the midnight sun and in winter you can experience the aurora borealis. There are great hiking trails and the possibility of a summit tour.

If you just want to relax, the large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing or just relaxing with a good book. Here you have everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. If the weather is bad you have panoramic views to the natural elements from the inside.

Meløy Prestegård with plenty of space for two families is a perfect starting point for family vacation, friends trip, or maybe a blue trip with work? On the island there are three galleries, dining area, the possibility of boat rental, as well as countless hiking opportunities in the fields and in the mountains. There are 5 bedrooms in the house with a total of 10 beds, which means that there is plenty of space.

Large cabin with lovely views, boat and sauna

We welcome open-air guests to our great cabin in Holmsundfjorden in Gildeskål, 1 hour drive south from Bodø. The cabin is idyllic and undisturbed all the way down by the sea. The cabin has a boathouse with a 14 foot boat with 10 HP outboard motor. The cabin also has a great private sauna bar all the way down by the water, and an outdoor jaccuzzi (this is new by July 2025). Formidable hiking and fishing opportunities await you in Gildeskål, and we are happy to suggest top tours and smaller family trips for you.

In this peaceful and spacious place, the whole group will be comfortable. 4 bedrooms, private TV room, workplace with a view, dining area both in the kitchen and in the living room. Nice view from most rooms. Spacious terrace and large lawn. The house is newly renovated in its original 50-60s style, focusing on the environment and reuse. Sandy beach and the sea is just nearby. We have wild and beautiful nature around us on all sides, and bright summer nights as well as winter storms can be enjoyed here.
