Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

Mick & Jo were consumate hosts who stopped at nothing to ensure our time at their place was comfortable, private, enjoyable and met all our needs. They had researched everything for us from where to eat to interesting place to go and things to see and do if we wanted. They were so friendly and warm and yet they gave us plenty of freedom and privacy. Their gardens were lovely and peaceful with plenty to walk around and see. Perfect for sitting and watching the sunset in an evening with a lovely glass of wine or enjoying the morning sun in private with a lovely cup of coffee. We would highly recommend them and their beautiful place which Mick built to such a high standard.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. Good spot with a good pub nearby. It’s a large studio with a double bed, sofa and kitchenette and a large separate shower room. Had everything we needed (including easy to control heating, a tv with all the streaming services and an Apple smart speaker; beers and milk in the fridge) and was well priced.

Whenever we visit friends in Melton, we usually just stay at the Premier Inn. However, this time we decided to explore other options and stumbled upon this gem of a rental property. It was affordable, conveniently located, and had all the necessary amenities for a weekend away. There also was private parking which was great!
