This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

A homely cottage attached to the barns of the main hall , with private parking and your own access. It is a perfect base for hill walking and cycling . The lodge is surrounded by the fabulous Shropshire hills, a mile to the nearest pub yet just 10-15 minute away from the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a private seating area outside the front of the lodge and access to the pony paddocks if you have a dog that needs a run! It includes double bed, en suite shower room, and for romantic evenings why not light the little hobbit stove. Adjacent to the hut is a charming boathouse, which houses the self catering facilities. Our boathouse opens up to appreciate the views & great outdoors or can be closed up for cosy times by the log burner. Check in is from 4pm Check out is 10.30am

A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west.
