One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee is "200 yen per person per night" (≧▽ ≦)

I'm staying in a tiny house! Niseko Resort is a 15-minute drive and Rusutsu Resort is a 20-minute drive away. The entire building is a rental type, making it a very quiet and relaxing place with a forest in front of you. The space itself is compact, but functional Considered, the compact and reasonable price is also attractive. I think it's also perfect for a long-term stay. Please use it for skiing and snowboarding bases. In the summer season, you can also enjoy a barbecue. When using the barbecue corner, there is a separate fee of 1500 yen, with a stove, chairs, and a table.Please let us know when you book. In the summer season, there is also a trampoline, a slackline, etc. Summer season is from May to mid-October. There is a toilet, shower room, sink, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, tifal, wifi, and simple cooking utensils. This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.

First floor part is all private. (Bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, Dirt floor) Please put skis and snowboards freely in the entrance dirt floor. The bedroom has 2 three quarter beds and the other 2 have single mattresses. If there are more than 2guests, you may have a mattress in the living room. You will need a car to get to the ski resort from this hotel. In 2022, I renewed the heating in the living room and installed the floor heating, so it became very warm.

There are more than 10 kinds of good quality tea leaves in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee and machine as well. In the early morning, You probably can see wild animals ( mostly deers ) from the window. * Outdoor BBQ is not allowed.
