Situated 7 miles from the royal town of Caernarfon with it's majestic castle, 5 miles from Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon in the National Park. ZipWorld and its famous zip line 7 miles away. It’s an easy walk down into the village with its pretty marina and pubs. Sorry no pets.

Conveniently located approximately 2 miles from the university and city of Bangor and the hospital, and a very short drive to a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. An ideal base for fishing, walking, cycling and exploring the beautiful North Wales coast and the stunning Snowdonia mountain range.

We are located just 5 minutes away from the A55 making us a perfect hub from which to explore the delights of both Anglesey and Snowdonia. Also located on the famous coastal path of Anglesey. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
