Recently finished with modern touches, the spaces are all on one level and include a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and the spacious back deck. Our amazing on-site property managers live in a separate basement apartment.

Lots to experience in the quaint little town. This home just had a major renovation and everything is new, updated and clean.

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.
