A very nice place to stay. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant, very practical, well located and with all the facilities. It is a perfect place to stay and visit the area, whether it is used as a base for sleeping (beds are very comfortable!) or if you want to make life in it during the stay (the kitchen is very practical and well equipped, the living room is very spacious and comfortable). Isabel was very kind at all times. Recommended.

Great place in the historic part of the city! It’s easy to walk to all the best restaurants, shops and attractions. The apartment was newly renovated and really, really nice. It’s on the wall overlooking the river with views of the mountains and the city. Iban is a great host, responded quickly to anything we needed. We will definitely stay here on next visit. Very nice apartment, great starter sets for bathroom and kitchen. I hadn't seen a good idea like that. It's all new and tip-top. The only downside to temperature regwling should be made possible for the guest. Would come back. Thank you and Regards

We stayed 2 nights, we rented the entire establishment, the only catch is that the kitchen for breakfast is small for groups of more than 6 people, it can be done in shifts. It was clean, the heating and everything worked well.

Thanks to Cathy, who has always been friendly and responsive, and her house, we were able to celebrate the retirement of two of our friends in the best way. Beautiful Basque house with a large garden and a large swimming pool. The space on the ground floor is perfect for eating and having a good time in case of rain. Many rooms upstairs, nice dormitory and several bathrooms for everyone (there were 24 of us). Do not hesitate to rent this house, especially since the setting is beautiful.

We were great. The flat had all kinds of amenities, even a lot more than we expected. A very quiet area. Everything was very clean, it looked like freshly renovated. Contact with Xabier has been fluid and friendly at all times. Totally recommended.

Christel was the portrait of hospitality during our stay. She warmly greeted us at check-in and took time to give us local recommendations, provide a tour of the property, and ensure we had everything we needed. The property resembles a small villa and has beautiful views of rolling green hills all around. Overall, we had a wonderful, tranquil stay and would absolutely love to return someday with friends!

The place is located in the heart of the old town, very accessible and close to all the sights. It's a spacious home that sleeps 8 adults comfortably. It is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Iñigo and his wife has been fluid and they have worried that we were at home.
