This is a independent house within the property of the house where my family lives. We are near to Allende Hospital, Kempes and Orfeo stadiums. The room has a queen size bed with satelite TV, heating, A/C, and big wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, etc. There is a livingroom with dining table and a futon where two extra people can sleep. Parking space and barbecue grill is free for you to use!

LOS MIRADORES IV

Los Miradores is a complex of 8 temporary-use homes, located on a 2,368m2 plot with a steep slope in the highest area of the city of Villa Allende, Córdoba. This work attempts to recover the spirit of architecture as art. From this reflection emerges a 900m2 building, with a continuous semi-buried base, which houses the bedroom area. The daytime area is supported on this, materialized by four rectangular prisms of the same proportions.

Our idea is for guests to enjoy a pleasant, relaxed and intimate environment. We have a pool with deck, a fire pit and green spaces where you can have a nice time. We are located 4 blocks from Route 38 and about 12 blocks from downtown, so we have the combination of silence and accessibility .

House located in a field of 20 hectares of mountains and hills but very close to the village. It has a swimming pool, fruit grove and horses. It is rustic in style, with large windows. It is next to the village cemetery for those who are superstitious. Notice: the pool receives weekly maintenance but since it is a rural area, it can accumulate remains of leaves at the bottom
