The house is located in an excellent location in Chacras de Coria surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and a vineyard. It has a swimming pool exclusively for visitors and a separate entrance through the garage. It has a place to park the car. The location is ideal for visiting nearby wineries, going out to dinner in the area or visiting Palmares Mall, which is a 5-minute drive away. It is a quiet area and the neighborhood has night-time surveillance.

Located in one of the most beautiful places in Mendoza. Relax in this peaceful place to stay. A large garden with a variety of plants and flowers. We have traditional Mendoza vineyards, we have 7 varieties of grapes and fruit trees. On the property we have a plot of 2,160 m2 in which two houses are located, one one of them is my personal home and the other is to accommodate tourists however there is privacy and separate entrance.
