Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mendoza

This place is precisely as advertised - beautiful, peaceful, and in a FABULOUS part of town. You can easily walk to most anything you need, particularly Aristides which has everything ... great restaurants, shops, bars, markets, as well as the amazing San Martin Parque which is just a block away. The apartment itself is very safe and secluded. As pictured, there is a beautiful courtyard out front, as well as a small private patio out back. Even though it is located in a very accessible spot, you don't hear much street noise at all. And the hosts are all equally great. They provided immediate responses to any inquiries we had, provided great local recommendations, and (a bonus for us) are fluent in English. We definitely will stay here again - and/or recommend friends - if/when the need arises.

Nossa estadia na Casa Baquero foi excepcional e recomendamos muito! A casa é muito bonita e bem decorada, com quartos espaçosos, e a vista para os vinhedos é incrível. Aproveitamos a churrasqueira e a fogueira no jardim, com o por do sol na Cordilheira dos Andes, ao fundo. José é um anfitrião extraordinário. Desde o primeiro contato, foi atencioso, gentil e sempre disponível, oferecendo ótimas recomendações de vinícolas, restaurantes e passeios locais. Um toque especial foi a degustação do vinho produzido por sua família e o tour pela adega, que tornaram a experiência ainda mais autêntica e memorável. A propriedade é encantadora, muito bem cuidada, e o simpático Tenor, o cão da família, estava sempre nos acompanhando. Recomendamos muito a Casa Baquero: lugar único, acolhedor e cheio de história para relaxar. Esperamos voltar em breve!

Mariana y Martin se pusieron a disposición en todo momento indicándonos referencias de que hacer en al ciudad. La casa es muy buena y esta a metros de aristides.

O espaço da Cynthia surpreendeu, era melhor que nas fotos! Ela enviou todas instruções antecipadamente e manteve contato todo o tempo, até que chegássemos na acomodação. A recepção foi ótima e calorosa, e se manteve a disposição para ajudar com o que fosse necessário, inclusive dicas de restaurantes e passeios. Durante a estadia dispussemos de roupas de banho muito boas e cheirosas (que foram trocadas proativamente por ela no meio da estadia). O local estava super limpo e era confortável para duas pessoas! Contratamos o serviço de café da manhã, que foi super elogiado e que comprovamos que de fato era tudo o que falaram e mais um pouco. O cardápio era variado e farto, e certamente melhor que muito hotel! Foi um bom custo x benefício, e o mais importante, na comodidade da hospedagem, com privacidade e com muito sabor! Enfim, recomendo o local da Cynthia e pretendo voltar a me hospedar com ela outras vezes quando voltar a Mendonza (não tem como ir somente uma vez!l)

Great location for family of 7 adults ! We were comfortable and plenty of space. Everything was clean and clutter free and we had cleaning service during the week (a nice luxury). The laundry/washer was also a nice perk of staying here. It was a tad cold when we were in Mendoza but there is a fireplace that warms up the area and a heating system. Our host was so responsive - within minutes I received a response. All our inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. 10-20 min drive to all the major wineries. We were in a safe and quiet neighborhood, occasionally loud dog but honestly did not bother us. Our host has excellent attention to detail and hospitality we were welcomed with some wine and goodies and also had available laundry detergent and hangers to dry our clothes. We didn’t have time to enjoy the asado option but great option for ~65$ per person. Would highly recommend this modern home.

My friend and I could not have found a better Airbnb to stay in while we were visiting Mendoza. Carolina's home is extremely close to several restaurants, town center, and multiple bus stops. The house was the perfect size for the two of us and would be no problem for a small family. Chacras de Coria was also a great town to stay in - lots of good food, coffee shops, and although we didn't get to go, there is even a winery within walking distance. As many other reviews have also mentioned, Carolina was extremely warm, accommodating, and helpful. She made us feel right at home and made it clear we could ask if we had any questions. Her recommendations were great and she truly went above and beyond to be an excellent host. My friend and I both agreed that Carolina is the best Airbnb host we've ever met and we hope one day we can return to the Mendoza area and stay with her again.

This house is a great find! the location is perfect, very close to the main street with all the restaurants and bars, but at the same time there is a long walkway leading to the house itself, so it's located a little bit inside the neighborhood, and you don't hear absolutely any street noises. It's quiet and private and just 3 minute walk from the main street! Haydee's house us beautifully designed. Very tasteful interior and stylish furniture, nice accents, and a very cozy fireplace. We spent our evenings sitting by the fire with a glass of wine after going out! The place had everything we needed and it was very clean. The host was super responsive, and her daughters were over to greet us. They even left a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. We are very thankful for your help, and attention and kindness. you could feel the hospitality and warmth. Highly recommend!

Un dpto hermoso y la atencion increible. Desde el inicio fueron super comunicativos, con respuestas rapidas e indicaciones muy claras. El dpto es de facil acceso y tiene de todo a cortas distancias.

Fue una de mis mejores experiencias de Airbnb. Excelente ubicación , queda ente el centro y el parque San Martín , en una zona muy tranquila y linda . El departamento es muy amplio y entra mucha luz , la cocina es completa , tiene todo para cocinar , el comedor es muy luminoso y tiene el acceso a su enorme propia terraza, la cama es muy cómoda , descansamos muy bien. Susana es una divina . Nos recomendó muchos lugares y también nos dio todos los indicadores de la casa . Seguro que volvemos pronto.

Un Cálido Dpto ubicado en Pleno centro de la ciudad, para nosotros, que fue la primera vez en Mendoza, muy lindo, cerca de todo, plazas, parque, paradas de colectivo, la peatonal a 2 cuadras, súpermercado al lado, hermoso jaja. Tiene un acceso muy comodo, el edificio con limpieza todos los días, el departamento ideal para pasar la noche renovar energías así en el Día recorrer la Hermosa Provincia que Demostró ser Mendoza. 🤎 Gracias Por todo Eleonora 😊!

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy rápida y fluida en todo momento. El departamento tiene una ubicación muy céntrica, donde puedes ir a todos los lugares caminando. El alojamiento en sí, muy limpio y tranquilo, con una terraza muy acogedora. Sólo agregaría que puedan tener jabón en el baño, es un detalle muy importante.

We had a lovely week staying with Marcela and Werner in their separate upstairs apartment. It was very well located, easy to get to the centre and to Aristides restaurants and shops. Marcela makes every effort to be helpful and it is very handy to have Werner’s English skills as well as practical assistance. The apartment is above their house and very private, safe and secure. The apartment has very comfortable beds and a practical kitchen including washing machine and clothes racks for drying in the sun. The bathroom works well with a level entry shower, safer than one over a bath. The decor is homely rather than chic but works well for a very comfortable stay. Marcela goes out of her way to be of assistance and is helped by Justina who is lovely and speaks good English. The street is quiet and it was easy to get Uber drivers around town and Marcela helped us find a great driver to take us to the Uco valley sightseeing. Mendoza is a beautiful leafy and elegant city. We loved it!

Me sentí súper cómodo durante la estadía. El departamento es limpio, ordenado y está en una zona tranquila, pero cerca de todo. Ideal para descansar y moverse con facilidad por la ciudad. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia! O apartamento é exatamente como mostrado nas fotos, com excelente localização, bem no centro da cidade, o que facilita o acesso a restaurantes, mercados e pontos turísticos. É uma opção muito boa para estadias curtas. Gostaríamos de destacar a gentileza do Santiago como anfitrião: ele foi muito atencioso, aguardou nossa chegada mesmo com o voo atrasado e nos recebeu pessoalmente com cordialidade. Recomendo!

Pasamos el finde semana y estuvo todo muy bien! Buena ubicación para ir caminando al centro, la casa super cómoda y bien equipada. Caro fue super atenta y estuvo disponible cuando la necesitamos. Éramos un grupo de 4 amigos y super recomendamos este Airbnb :)
