Great urban/semi rural location in Latsia. 10 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus ride to Nicosia. The apartment is very clean and welcoming, has loads of space and everything was as described. Our 2nd time staying here, we hope to return. Thank you Alex.

Irene's place was spacious and had a very homely feeling. The rooms were very spacious and so was the living room. Check in was quite straightforward and Irene was extremely responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook all three meals & coffee. Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. Having parking in the back was great since it's not possible to get around without a car. The neighbourhood was packed with restaurants and bars.

It was one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. The location, quietness, architecture, and amenities of the house were really great. You can reach the host almost 24/7, which is a big advantage. Everything was very good except for the hot water problem in just one bathroom and the faucet malfunction in the WC. Overall, my rating for this home is 9

Sergei’s apartment felt like a home. It was so clean and peaceful, with everything we ever needed being readily available. Sergei was always available for any issues we have had (which we did not!) and even kindly checked in a few times via text. 1000% would recommend to anybody who wants to stay near Kyrenia.
