Cynthia was great with her comms, flexible with our booking, check in/check out was super easy, and the house was clean with listed amenities. Great location..a 3min drive from a shopping centre. The house is situated at the end of a narrow driveway with thick shrubs and there is limited street parking so it might be a little challenging to manoeuvre a large vehicle in and out of the driveway. That’s obviously not a fault of the house itself. Just something to take into consideration if you’re travelling with a big car or not a confident driver.

This is a lovely Airbnb. It feels like it was recently someone's home and that is a bonus. Everything about the villa was well set up and thought through. Highly recommended!

Easy to get to, Nice and early check-in which is also extremely flexible. Easy driveway and easy kerb side parking. Place was extremely nice and clean with aircon already on when we entered in which is really nice! Have all the cutlery and utensils needed to cook any meal, place is also very much kid/baby friendly with cribs and play area. An amazing quiet area to sleep at when visiting the city. My friend and I found it very convenient with light rail lines and train lines very close by and to rest for every night during the F1 weekend. Highly recommend this place if you want a nice, comfortable and cozy stay at Melbourne. Also the TV is great! Thanks Shirley so much for hosting!!!

It's a stunning house and surrounds. Very clean throughout. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated, but we did receive a message the morning of our booking to let us know we shouldn't run a bath after 6pm - something to do with an electric hot water service and not reheating for 4hrs. I also was made aware that morning that only 3 of the bedrooms would be open for our stay. We are 6 single women so would have liked more bed options available. I *think* the extra rooms may be available at a cost so perhaps confirm at time of booking, just something to keep in mind if you aren't wanting to bedshare. There is some tweaking needed to get the temp right in this house for winter. Needs to be warmer for the evening when you are in the communal spaces and cooler at night when you're in bedrooms. Frank and Grace are nearby onsite and will manage the temp for you - they were responsive during our stay even at 10:30pm. Beautiful home with lots of potential to be an Airbnb fave!

House was big & spacious. Enough room for all of us. It was in nice & quiet neighbourhood. Good 25 minutes ride to city. Good host.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience in such a beautiful and tranquil environment. The scenery around the house was fantastic, and we were able to enjoy the beauty of nature. They were also quick to respond to any needs or questions we had because we were able to get in touch with the owner. This made our trip even more comfortable. Lana’s villa was the perfect spot for a mid-summer family getaway! Not only was it cute, clean and fully equipped, It was walking distance to beautiful beaches, local cafes, playgrounds and shops. Lana was super quick to respond to messages and so helpful when needed. We had a wonderful time in her lovely space & can’t wait to be back again soon!

Heritage Retreat’s property was amazing. Can fit so many people and although we loved our stay in the middle of winter, this property can be so enjoyable in the summer. Great and responsive staff. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

We had a great time in Mount Martha with super responsive friendly hosts. The place really is wheelchair accessible - which made life a lot easier for us.

Our 4 weeks stay at the "Settlers Run Golf Resort" Airbnb was exceptional! The friendly host, spotless house, and abundance of amenities made it feel like a home away from home. We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Our multigenerational family group loved our stay at Nena's gorgeous home! We were wowed by the architecture and spaciousness, and especially loved that each of the 5 bedrooms had its own ensuite. The younger generation made good use of the large media room, perfect for the rainy weekend, while the older folks relaxed in the comfortable lounge room with views over the lovely pool. We've never seen a house so well-equipped for large groups, including a very large dining table, big fridge and two dishwashers. The main bedroom is massive with a hotel-style ensuite. One tip would be to bring your sleep mask for this bedroom, however, as light from the ensuite windows enters the bedroom. We also loved the sweeping views of the bay from the main bedroom and entry foyer. Nena was an excellent communicator and generously allowed us a late check-out. We can't wait to return!
