Completely renovated apartment, preserving the essence of Cádiz, located next to the cathedral and the sea, on a quiet pedestrian street. Upon entering the building, you'll immediately notice the essence of Cádiz with its typical courtyard. Situated on the second floor (no elevator), you'll arrive at the apartment where I hope you can enjoy the wonderful city of Cádiz without needing a car, strolling through its pedestrian streets. Being an interior apartment, it's very peaceful for relaxing.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

El apartamento esta situado en el centro histórico, ideal para conocer todo el casco antiguo paseando, cercano a la Catedral, Torre Tavira, barrios más populares y numerosos restaurantes y bares de tapas de gastronomía gaditana, al lado podéis comprar churros típicos recién hechos y degustarlos en las cafeterías cercanas. A 5minutos de la playa de la caleta con las mejores puestas de sol. Es una zona inmejorable para pasar unos días o unas vacaciones en esta maravillosa ciudad.

Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

A modern kitchen area features a sleek white countertop with a gas stove and a decorative bowl of oranges. Expansive windows provide panoramic views of the cityscape, allowing natural light to fill the spacious open plan living area.
