This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay with Darrell and Linda who are lovely helpful hosts. They have lots of knowledge about the local area and Yosemite National Park. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who plan to visit this area.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. The bed, sheets and down comforter were super comfy. Very nice shower and private bathroom. The other tenants were very nice and helpful and I barely saw any of them. Chris was very friendly and helpful and responsive. Overall a five star stay! Highly recommend!

Frank is a great host! He is very friendly, caring, and responds quickly. The place I stayed was amazing as well! The house is very clean since the cleaning lady comes every week. The house was probably remodeled recently because everything looks new: kitchen cabinets, appliances, furniture, floor and bathroom are in a great condition! I would definitely rent this place again if I have the chance!
