I must say that I was extremely impressed with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as listed. The home was spacious and felt like home. It made the weekend even more special. Would highly recommend this location. The host Katrina was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family.

What an amazing place to stay! The scenery was breathtaking, the owners kind, and it was so peaceful. My 16 yr old got to pet horses and talk to cows, and my 5 yr old flew a kite and had plenty of space to run around. I definitely recommend staying here for any getaway and some fresh air!

Great house for my friends and I. Fishing was a blast. House was very clean and a great space to hangout for the weekend. Kayaks and pool table were frequently used. Plenty of space for 10 guests and the kitchen was incredible. Definitely want to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was unique in that it offers a main house and a guest house, and it turned out that this was the perfect arrangement for us (2 moms who are close friends, and our two sons, who are also close friends). When we weren't out and about, we all hung out in the A-frame main house. At bedtime, we parted ways.The A-frame has everything you might need during your stay. Then you also have the boathouse, which is beyond cute and very cozy. Both structures overlook the lake, and the outdoor deck spaces are very comfortable and inviting. I especially appreciated the propane fire pit one evening when it got a little chilly. Also, having a Keurig and pods in each house was awesome! Shelly sent detailed directions in advance of our travels, which was very helpful, and she made some local recommendations re: food and groceries. We followed up on those, and were not disappointed! She was also very responsive to us when we asked for assistance or recommendations. <3

Home amenities great! Ceiling fans, kitchen items/treats and more. Also, Hot tub and spa bathrobes were very convenient. Thanks for quick and detailed communication via text too!

Saying here was equivalent to staying at resort. The place was spotless, have lots of extras I.e. toys, extra bedding and toiletries, robes, spices and complimentary snacks. Check in was a breeze. This place exceeded expectations for me and the kids. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Kentucky.

We had a wonderful stay! House was exactly as pictured. Hot tub was a nice! Pretty views of the water and house fully stocked with everything needed. Host was very responsive and gave tips on local areas of interest. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for to get off the beaten trail but still near enough to Lexington and distilleries. A nice place to come back to at the end of each night and relax. Nice to have the water to hang out near and even though we didn’t use the kayaks because it was a little rainy while we were there, it’s nice that they have that as an option. We loved hanging out on the back deck as it’s covered and kept us out of the rain. Would definitely stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was thought out and executed to a T. The house was very livable with many upgraded amenities. I would, without hesitation recommend to friends and family. Wayne was responsive and quickly addressed all questions. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!

My Old Kentucky Home hosted by Shane was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The amenities on site were amazing. The hot tub and pool were all set and ready for our group when we arrived, which we appreciated greatly. Communication was great, and Shane was on top of everything. Our stay was wonderful and we would love to come back for another visit! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Lexington area.

Well, our group of 9 had an enjoyable time in this home! It was as advertised and extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Cindy was just the sweetest and most respectful host always available to answer questions or give recommendations. Close to great distilleries and downtown Frankfort with cute shops and dining. The pool and hot tub were clean and working and the home was well stocked with basic necessities. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back!

Amazing property. The friendliness hosts ever. Tim and Sheila made you feel like family from day one. If they asked you is there anything you need they meant it. We did not expect to stay for a visit and leave with life long friends, but that is what happened. The property, grounds and pool area were amazing. The house was clean and contained everything you would ever need. This property has to be the top Airbnb within 100 miles.

We stayed 3 nights for my Sisters wedding at the club house area by the pool. Its walkable there. The cabin was spacious, very clean and had everything you needed and some. Even the master bed was very comfortable to me. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms as well. My Son enjoyed the hot tub, I missed out due to decorating. I even wanted to stay an additional night or even two, it was so nice, but it was already rented out, that speaks to what Im saying. I most definitely will be back and will only request Cabin #27! The area is a great escape from the city and the everyday hustle called life. I see myself returning several weekends for a short get aways to just breathe and relax. Thanks for sharing your place. It was everything we wanted.

This was a great place that met the needs of my large family trip! There was plenty of space and necessities for all seven of us. We were able to cook and eat together and had plenty of space to us to catch up with each other. This is a great home and Mark was very responsive for a general question we had.

Everything about the place was perfect for us. Easy check in/out, great communication and exactly as described. Will stay here again.

Carlos was very responsive and asked about our stay. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend. Much better than staying in a hotel. The snacks they provided was a nice bonus for the kids. If we are in the area again we hope this is available.

This was our second stay and we will def be back. The property is beautiful and peaceful and has gorgeous porch views. The house was cozy and kitchen fully stocked.

Very beautiful home, well appointed, and conducive to relaxation and nature appreciation. We loved the train sounds and bird watching. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive. We look forward to returning!

The villa was a great place to stay! Very clean! John responded quickly when messaged and helped before we arrived back that evening! Will be back if we need to stay in the area again!

Beautiful, private place to relax and enjoy Bourbon County! The kitchen came fully loaded with everything you need and the full sized refrigerator was nice as well. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to take advantage of the kayaks! My husband did through a few casts in the pond and caught a few fishes.
