Eric’s place was everything shown in the picture but you don’t get the cozy feel until you get there. The kitchen and dining space allowed my guests and I to cook for multiple meals and actually enjoy sitting together at the table. I have a disability and having a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level was ideal for my comfort which allowed me to be social and not worry about repeatedly climbing steps.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

It was a large unit. It fit a family of 7 with a small child without a problem. There are a lot of stairs. Parking can be little expensive. Easy to walk to restaurants and Historic sites. It felt like a very safe neighborhood. On a low traffic street so traffic noise was not too bad. Reasonably well equipped. There was a bathroom on every level.

We love staying at Stormy's place. It is quaint, charming, quiet, well-equipped and very comfortable. It is also filled with beautiful art. Love having an outdoor patio in the back for breakfast or journal writing. The street is exceptionally quiet which is a precious commodity in a big city and great for sleeping. Nearby are a variety of trendy eateries, including a French cafe for breakfast. Stormy is lovely, a warm and welcoming host and a good communicator. We have stayed several times and will be back. It was a great deal for a large place right in the city, walkable to plenty of restaurants and things to do. The host was very responsive and friendly and had great recommendations in the area! On top of that, it was very clean and spacious! The lower floor was perfect for our older kids who loved having a separate living room area to play video games and ping pong without taking over the main living room.

GREAT space, warm and inviting, in a friendly walkable neighborhood. Samantha was a 'superhost' in the truest sense of the word, incredibly responsive and very accommodating and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay with lots of excellent options for food and drinks nearby, and the location is very walkable to center city or the stadiums so long as the weather isn't bad. Megan was very quick to respond to my messages ahead of check-in and is very friendly with a good sense of humor. So, it's an excellent place with an outstanding host - I would absolutely try to book here again next time I need a place in town.

Patrick was a great host, very responsive from day one! I was planning my engagement in Philly for the day and so I booked this place far in advance! Patrick was a huge help with allowing my family to get in the air bnb early to decorate and really try to accommodate my needs to make the engagement perfect. I cannot thank him enough! Taryn’s attention to detail and the amenities were beyond perfect. The location was perfect for sight seeing, spending time with family and relaxing. Highly recommend! Nearby musts are The Ground (a lovely coffee cafe/plant store just around the corner) and Lazer Wolf (an outstanding Israeli restaurant within walking distance)

Would definitely stay in this place again! It was in a great location and had everything we needed for our group of 5. The host was very responsive and made everything easy.

Location! Location! Perfect place for 2 surrounded with, restaurants, grocery store, park and even pet shop nearby! Fun activities and farmers market on weekends at nearby Rittenhouse Park. We stayed almost a month and the Joseph did his best to accommodate us. He immediately responded to all our requests/questions. I would definitely recommend his home!

Overall the place is great and we were satisfied but if you have little kids be aware that there are lots of steep stairs. We had to be on guard for our little ones.

Beautiful home. It was a lovely stay. Manos was very accommodating from the initial booking to the checkout process. I booked for a group of 10 people for a local music festival. Everything needed for a stay was provided. Plates, glasses, cups, pots, utensils, seasonings, frying oil, coffee, sugar. Literally everything-just show up. 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement for accessible use. If I could rate my experience a 100/10, I absolutely would! We returned quite late each night due to the ending time of the festival but there was parking available in front on the one way street. Area was safe with easy parking. Multiple irons and boards available of every floor, soap/shampoo in every bathroom, fans in every room, towels/wash cloths available, artsy vibe- just awesome. If I ever return with such a large group, I’ll absolutely book again!! Great safe space from home. Thanks for being informative and making the experience special for us who travelled all the way from Hartford, CT!

We had an amazing stay! The house is in the best neighborhood and we had a blast walking around exploring the area. Jerilyn was very kind & responsive. I would definitely recommend renting this house!

The place was beautiful! Even nicer than the pictures show. Ryan, host was super nice and explained the process very well. His directions were very helpful and even suggested places to go in Philadelphia for great food and having fun. Book now you won’t be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! We felt very comfortable. The house was clean and smelled wonderful. Nice neighborhood. Enough space for all 5 of us. We enjoyed the “strawberry moon” from the rooftop. What a great view! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Don’t look elsewhere. Just book it. Every little detail was thought of. Anything you might need in a place to stay is included. Annie and Tim have an amazing place and in such a great location. Parking could be tough but we found a spot out front at the old bank on a Saturday night at 7:30pm! The furthest we had to walk from a parking spot was a 3 minute walk. Plenty to do and eat within a 10 minute walk. Plenty of historic things within a 15-30 min drive.

Can't recommend this place enough! The place is lovely and felt so welcoming after coming from a tiny hotel room in NYC. The place was so cute and you could tell a lot of thought went into creating a comforting space. The kitchen was fully stocked with Le Creuset cookware, snacks, and coffee/water. We found the location very walkable and you have access to a few different neighborhoods. It is a spacious home - it was just me and my husband, but it would also be a great place for a small family. Overall so pleased with this stay!

We loved Maria’s house and her as a host! Very helpful and friendly! Parking is easier during the daytime. Location is great very close to the Art Museum and several other museums. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place, super well situated, near highway, waterfront and at walking distance from many sites. The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. Simone was quick to reply and we had a very comfortable stay at this airbnb. You can easily hear the neighbors but they did not bother us. I would definately rent this place again. I highly recommend. Private parking is a must because parking in the streets looked like a nightmare! Great stay!

I booked this location because it seemed like an out of the ordinary option within walking distance to the Filmore. We loved the space, it provided everything you could want or need from an Airbnb and more. The more, or course, being the game room. We loved coming home from a day/night out and continuing the fun playing some pool, connect four, and other provided games. The TV in the game room was a perfect touch, it allowed us to put on some music via Spotify while we poured some drinks and played some games. Honestly, if all you wanted to do was book a stay here, go out to dinner, and hang out back at the place, you would be more than entertained. We actually skipped the bar in favor of our own little private bar via this space. 100% will be booking again the next time a concert is in town. PARKING: if you are reading this and are worried about parking like I was, don’t fret, there is ample free overflow parking under the overpass not but a 1-2 min walk away.

We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend at this property while celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely perfect for our group spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the amenities exactly as described. What really stood out was how well the space was optimized to comfortably sleep 12 guests under one roof no one felt cramped. The master bedroom, with its private balcony, was a personal favorite. The backyard and rooftop offered cozy, charming spots to relax and hang out with friends, day or night. Parking was a breeze with plenty of free street parking nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, adding to our peace of mind. The hosts were outstanding generous, responsive, and accommodating to every request we had, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here, and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!
