It was the perfect spot for a get away. So homely with beautiful views of the surrounding terrain. The rain on the roof was a dream to fall asleep to and the sun coming through the stained glass window above the door felt as if we were waking up in a fairytale. It held the quintessence of what you’d hope for in a hunter valley escape 100% want to go back.

The group and I really enjoyed the stay, the host was very responsive and flexible with our needs and requests. We felt warm and welcome when we checked in, they even gave us a bottle of wine! We also enjoyed the game room and the kitchen facility. Highly recommended staying at this property next time you go to Hunter.

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

Stephen’s place was the perfect retreat for a rainy weekend. Even though the weather kept us indoors, the spacious layout and fantastic amenities made our stay incredibly enjoyable. There was plenty to do and everyone had a great time. Stephen was also a wonderful host, being very responsive, clear, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. Perfect for family get together, great house and views, would definitely stay again

Beautiful cottage in an awesome part of Newcastle; close to nature, beach and nice towns with all the essentials. We recommended to the owner getting some low-tox cleaning products and perfumes as they were accessible to our young toddler, and we are sensitive. Other than that, highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stunning house in the perfect location. The space was incredibly clean and Anna was proactive with communication. Walkable to the beach, cafes and pubs with plenty of parking. Thank you for having us!

We absolutely loved our fabulous stay at the Cosy Urban Retreat! The home is beautiful and has everything you can imagine and more. Dealing with Louise was a delight. This beautiful home is in a great location, very cosy, stunning decor, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning/heating and the relaxing tranquil outdoor area is perfect. This property was outstanding as far as location goes, we were able to easily walk to anywhere we needed to go. The place was clean and was the perfect choice for our weekend getaway. Danielle was very responsive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. It was very clear that she is passionate about the property. The welcome card and snacks were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here, it felt like a home away from home. It had every little thing that makes a place feel like a home instead of a hotel like accomodation. The kitchen was very well stocked. The kids also loved having toys and the baby equipment was very handy. The location is great, walkable to restaurant, beach, museum, etc. The hosts were very communicative and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

Sonia’s House is in a quiet community with beautiful views. Wake up with birds as your Alarm Clock. A Gorgeous Kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed the family. A chemical free non toxic environment, is very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

Wow! I have a lot to say about this bnb experience.. First and most importantly, Sarah is such a wonderful host - she allowed us to have an extremely flexible check-in and check-out. She went above and beyond and her hospitality was honestly spectacular. She was so flexible when we requested to stay longer and even gave us discounted rates. We were shocked at the incredible value her bnb was. It was like walking into a friend's home; such a well stocked kitchen, 10/10 beds, amazing bathroom and shower, beautifully decorated home and all the homely touches that make being away from home extra special. I cannot recommend Sarah's place enough. It exceeded our expectations and Sarah is honestly the perfect host.

Our stay was great, the location is perfect, close to the park, short drive to main restaurants, shops and cafes. Laura was friendly and helpful.

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

I've never left a review saying this but if I could leave 10 stars I would. Everything was easy and peaceful. The house is absolutely beautiful and Eliza was wonderful to communicate with. We had a very beautiful experience and stay.
