Huoneisto osa vuonna 1863 rakennettua raatimiehen huvilaa, jota on laajennettu vuonna 1921 isolla keittiöllä silloisen omistajan apteekkari Hugo Metherin toimesta. Keittiö on muutettu ja korjattu asuinhuoneistoksi keväällä 2026. Kuvia lisätään ennen kesää korjaustöiden valmistuttua.
