Family-friendly holiday rentals in Merimbula

Host was great to deal with and was very responsive and helpful when we were upfront and honest. Great stay awesome location had a big group of people which had a ball all weekend in the facilities.

Eden is perfectly named. A true paradise on Earth. The views from the balcony provide sights of the beaches on both sides the peninsula. The town is peaceful, but still offers everything that you need. The Snug Cove villas, are well provisioned and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals on site, and found everything we needed. Including a regular and blackrock grill. would definitely seek this place out again.

Such a great place. The third bedroom is massive and could fit a family in that room alone. The other two bedrooms are also decent size as is the living room. Feels really spacious and it’s cool to wake up and see the water from bed. Highly recommend for the price point

Thanks Ian for a great stay! We loved the location - only a few minutes away from everything but in a nice quiet area of town. Loved that we were able to bring our dog along too. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and it felt so homely. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay, our dog was happy and the backyard area was good for him. Plenty of pet friendly areas around Pambula and possibly the best fish and chips we've ever had. The location is pretty central for day trips to Merimbula, Eden, and other places. The bed was very comfy (I mention this as someone who often finds mattresses in accommodation to be somewhat lacking in comfort). All in all we had a lovely time!

Clifftop is a great place to stay. Great views. The house is well appointed. Tathra is a lovely little village. Christine was easy to communicate with.

Anthony and Ana were great hosts. They were communicative and we felt very welcome. The property was clean and an easy walk to cafes, shops, restaurants and the water front. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. We really enjoyed our stay in a great location and do not have any negative comments regarding the property or the hosts. We thoroughly recommend Anthony and Ana’s property to anyone staying in Bermagui.

Love Love Love Karens Place. Second visit and already planning another. We've said it all before. Truly a spectacular home in every possible way in and out. Karen is a special person to have created a haven in a very special and beautiful part of the south coast of N.S.W. It's always so hard to leave.

We stayed here while working in the area and couldn’t have been happier. The home was spotless, well equipped, and really comfortable after long days on site. It’s in a great location, close to everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others traveling for work or leisure!

We stayed at Pete's place in 2019 and had a wonderful time. Returning 5 years later it was even better than we remembered. The house is superb - generous accommodation with a spectacular front verandah looking over the sea and a delightful little back garden (the dogs' domain). As a keen cook, the kitchen has everything you need (apart from perhaps a really good chef's knife - I always take my own anyway), with plenty of large pots for pastas etc. The location is perfect, quiet but a short walk to the beach and also Aqua cafe (excellent food and coffee). Overseas visitors will delight in the kangaroos on the front lawn, even in the driveway, and echidnas on the nearby oval. Actually, we Ozzies loved them too! Very highly recommended.

Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of the atomic ranch style, and Maxine‘s place is atomic ranch all the way. The location could not have been better. We were 200 yards from the Pambula river mouth and 200 yards from the beach. Simply gorgeous location. Maxine was accommodating and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again if we come back through Pambula!

Nice and cosy place. Value for money. Very quiet area.. surrounded by natural habitats..kangaroos and kookaburras can be seen early in the morning.. loved the place

100% worth the stay! very clean, quiet and exactly as it looks in the pics. Stayed with 2 kids and there was a lot of space to spread out. kids loved it and so did we! host was super friendly and exceptionally responsive.

The accommodation was lovely and perfect for our overnight stay. We didn’t get the chance to explore the site as we were only on a short overnight stay during a road trip. However, the site looked lovely and clean and tidy

Beautiful peaceful property on the edge of town with lots of outdoor space. Our kids loved the pool, cubby and fire pit! Beautiful beach just down the bush track. And the house is very well set up.

Colleen's place is great for families with dogs. Big TV, good internet, hot shower, and a brisk 8 minute walk to the beach, it was exactly what we wanted! And unlike some other listings, the house is *actually* dog friendly - if your dogs love sitting on the couch (like ours do), Colleen was perfectly happy to let us cover the couch with a couple spare sheets (which we brought ourselves). The only thing missing was a pantry - but we probably cook more than most visitors. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place! My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. It was an absolute treat to have a beachfront cabin with uninterrupted views of the stunning coast. The stovetop was an added bonus so that I could cook meals there. This place has everything you need for a relaxing, stress free stay. Absolutely loved it and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Had a most wonderful stay at Fishpen Retreat. The property is super private, with lots of natural light, spacious with great living, dining and outdoor spaces. Peter was very responsive, and was so kind to supply firewood, with kept us warm and cosy throughout the evening chill. All amenities required were available for a very comfortably and cosy stay. Location is perfection! Right across the road from beach & Mitchie’s jetty and Merimbula lake on the opposite side. An easy walk into town if required - you cannot go wrong here! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay anytime of the year, warm or cold weather. Having stayed at many places in Merimbula in the past, can definitely say that this will be our preferred choice of accommodation for future visits. Beautiful family home located in a quiet, hilly part of town, with fantastic views from some bedrooms. Pool was very clean and welcoming for the kids. Perfect for our getaway. Also appreciated the well equipped kitchen for all our self catering needs.
