Found on wildlife drive, Seatons is my haven of peace and rejuvenation in the township of Tathra on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. I spend months here on end, reading in front of the fire, walking in the wildlife reserve, drinking coffee, swimming, sleeping, dreaming - and like me and every guest who has ever stayed, you'll never want to leave.

The Breakers

Best located property in Pambula Beach. Just completed full house renovation. Access pristine beach from the front garden without crossing any roads. Three bedrooms (one queen, two singles, 4 bunks). Brand new fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. New bathroom as well as en suite. Large lounge and dining room (flat screen TV and DVD player) with amazing beach and water views opening onto large deck with gas BBQ. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Free Wifi. Books and games.

High on Hill, Long Point Merimbula

Our beach house is the perfect place to enjoy your Merimbula holiday, with gorgeous views over town, lake, beaches & ocean. Walking distance to 3 beaches & short car drive over to a 4th. Short bush walk out to the point for a chance to spot amazing sea life. Enjoy great weather, beaches for surfing, fishing & diving, great restaurants & shops, art galleries. Walk, golf, bike ride, tennis, whale watching & cruises, Magic Mountain, Mandeni, mini-golf.
