I booked this apartment for family, and they had an excellent stay. The apartment was clean, well-appointed and matched the listing description and photos. The facilities - pool, gym and BBQ area were all top-notch and easily accessible. Communication with the host was exceptional; they were responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

Our stay was great from start to finish. Jenny was wonderful to communicate with & nothing was too much trouble. Great location beautiful views & wonderful amenities . We’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s so gorgeous and has the most incredible outlook. Everything is included and lovely linen on beds, towels etc.

The room was exactly as described with both ocean and city views. The kitchen was full equipped with complimentary coffee and tea. The room was a good size for either singles or couples. There was access to the facilities within the hotel and is in walking distance to Cavill Avenue and the beach.

We stayed at Cool Cabana while we had some repairs completed on our own home. It was like a home away from home for our family and made a chaotic situation comfortable and easy with a holiday feel even though we all still had to continue with our normal work / school routines. Sara and Anthonys house is spacious, was clean, had comfy beds and the kitchen is well equipped. The house is within a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, pub and bowls club with a surf club and the beach only a 10 minute walk away - so very conveniently located. Very nice and relaxing space for small families, especially for us after a long flight. Nataliya was very nice and helpful with quick responses and tips around the area.

We found this place very well presented, with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable from laundry to kitchen and relaxing in the lounge or on the front porch.

I loved dealing with Deirdre. She was so easy to communicate with, and we loved the home. It worked really well for us. We would like to come back again.

We had a great two night stay here. Great location, big secure backyard for the dogs and the beach and local bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

We had a lovely stay at David's space in Mermaid Beach. The location was perfect, less than a 1min walk from the beach and a 10min walk to the heart of Broadbeach where there are restaurants and plenty of activities. The private pool was a lovely bonus that we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy due to some bad weather. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would stay again!

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was stunning, the place was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. One issue we encountered was that the TV browser had visible pornographic search history, which was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It would be great if the TV could be reset between guests. Overall, a great stay—9/10!

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!

Beautiful home, very clean, a great view of the beach and walking distance to Coolagatta. Bed and linen were comfortable and apartment is well stocked with all amenities. Highly recommend a stay at Casa d'Mar.
