The Birch Suite: Large, Cozy NH Themed Apartment

Our home and attached apartment is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in southern NH, just minutes from major N/S highway Route 93. We are thrilled to offer our New Hampshire-themed apartment to individuals, couples and families. Each room is decorated to represent the most interesting aspects of our state: the purple lilac bathroom, the maple bedroom, the white birch living room and a large second bedroom/playroom we call "the state room" - a fun, educational room of all things New Hampshire.

Kick back and relax in this stylish studio! Our house is in a quiet neighborhood of older homes surrounded by woodlands yet conveniently located downtown, a half mile from our village green (Milford Oval). A short stroll over the river will take you to cafes, restaurants, pubs with live music, post office, library, shops & useful stores such as Rite Aid. Whatever brings you…business, skiing, hiking, antiques, a family gathering or a romantic weekend away…we are looking forward to hosting you!

Residence of Manchester

Relax with the whole family at this spacious, traditional home overlooking a conservation area. Enjoy the large outdoor deck equipped year round with a propane grill. Experience the fresh air of spring, the gorgeous reds and oranges of autumn, or the novelty of winter and its holidays from a house that does them all! The Residence is just outside the hustle and bustle of the City but minutes away from Manchester Airport and Mall of NH with its array of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Modern Studio in Scenic Farm Town

Our studio apartment features a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout. Original post & beams add a rustic touch, perfectly complementing the contemporary decor and modern amenities. Guests can relax in the living space with a game or movie. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. The studio uses a pump system for plumbing, which does make some noise but functions very well. The charming outdoor patio faces a historic barn built in the 1800s, providing a picturesque view.

Cottage beside a waterfall

Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

Guest suite with king bed and private entrance

Come and relax in our spacious one-bedroom basement guest suite that is comfortable and bright. It has a private entrance with off street parking. The suite has a large living area, bedroom with king bed and private bath . The location is an ideal 20 minutes from the Manchester/Boston Regional airport and 10 minutes from the Merrimack Premium Outlets as well as a wide variety of restaurants. Boston, skiing, the beach and the #1 most hiked mountain in the world are all about an hour away.

Rustic Studio by Woodland Stream

This simple, peaceful studio by our running stream has been used by our family as a song writing space, and a place for quiet reflection. Close to hiking on Ted's Trail and the Wapack Trail on North Pack Monadnock, just up the road. The studio has no electricity, and no running water except the stream for bathing. Outhouse is nearby. Bring your favorite lantern and a couple of flashlights, and anything else you like to have with you when you camp. We love this place--we hope you do too!
