Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Merritt Island

The place was beautiful and had a lot of beds just enough for my big family. The back yard was great, the hot tub, frogs, lizards and turtle shack was awesome! We lit a fire and played games all night! As we sat in the hot tub we seen the Kennedy Space Rocket blast off from the space center and watched it blast off from the back yard. It was awesome! The place was everything and more they explained on the Airbnb app!

We had a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach! The host was incredibly accommodating and even let us come a day early, which we really appreciated and were so excited about. The home had everything we needed, fresh sheets, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, and even beach gear like chairs and float tubes, which made our beach days super easy and fun. The location was great. Just a peaceful 5-minute walk to the beach and about a 15-minute stroll to the pier. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a low-key getaway. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again! Let me know if you’d like to make it more casual, more detailed, or add any personal touches!

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

Very cute little house. Had 3 bedrooms. 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. Very clean and cute.

Sunny Lane 🌞 ☀️ ⛅️ Such a beautiful place!. There was so much to do in the house .We really lived just staying there. The kids did go to a museum. We did a kayak tour at night to see the phytoplankton Bio luminescent. So much fun .Everything was close by. Want to come back again!! I wish I could have stayed forever. Made very precious memories ✨️ 💖 The landscaping is so beautiful the backyard is a paradise.

Clean house, easy to get inside and he even offered an extra day for free due to a cancellation from his friend. It had everything you need in the kitchen and he allowed pets. We ended up not bringing ours because plans changed. Beds were comfortable enough and the couch was comfortable to sit on. Updated look and not cluttered. The only thing that happened was there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we ran out before we noticed. My fault I guess since I normally show up with some lol Thanks Brandon!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

Great place to meet up with family. Pool was awesome to enjoy family fun. Residential , quiet neighborhood not too far from things to do. Home was a great base to be together.

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Our family of 5 plus an infant loved staying at Joe's place! The living space was great and the pool and outdoor area was amazing! It was so nice to be able to wash off outside after coming back from the beach. The pool was beautiful and the house had all of the necessary toys, floaties, towels, and beach accessories we would ever need. Joe even dropped of some extra chairs before we came so that would have enough. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and overall, it felt like staying in a house that someone actually lived in vs just a generic vacation house that people visit once in a while. Check out was also so amazingly easy as well. We had a change in plans and Joe was super flexible and understanding about it. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back in the future! If you enjoy pizza, check out Bruno's Pizzeria, it was delicious!

Genna was a great host!! It felt just like home, very clean, and with walking distance to the beach! Next time, I am in town I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Quiet and peaceful with the surrounding woods. Cooper was attentive and proactive in making sure that our stay was the best it could be! 10/10 would stay here again.

The only thing that I wish would have been different is that we had more time to interact with the animals. Our travel plans changed some what and gave us less time to do so. The host was always responsive during the process. We informed her that we would arrive later than expected and she had the lights and air on and ready for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

Place was great, super clean. Johnny was super responsive. He recommended a bunch of different things to do in the area. My parents just recently moved down to Florida so I’ll be visiting more. This will be the only place I stay when I go down! Thanks Johnny!

The house was exactly as advertised, and our kiddo had a blast with the air hockey table and all of the other games. The bathrooms were clean and the bathtub was great to relax in. Lianne reached out and made some local recommendations which were fitting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to check them out. I definitely recommend this stay, and host for anyone visiting the area.

Me, my husband and Great Pyrenees dog had an amazing and very comfortable time at Ryan’s lovely airb&b! The place itself was so nice, the amenities were great, and the location was so close to the beach and all of the attractions in the area! Ryan was an extremely responsive and accommodating host with an extensive guidebook that was so useful during our stay. He lent us umbrellas/chairs for the beach and took us on some amazing boat rides teaching us so much about the area! His family was absolutely wonderful as well, truly going out of their way to make you feel at home!! We are so grateful for the amazing stay and cannot wait to come back soon! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to really experience all that Merritt Island/Cocoa Beach has to offer!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

David was an outstanding host. We enjoyed the place and our stay in his property. The location was conveniently close by the beach. It was a peaceful environment overall. I had a short stay over the weekend as a gift to my girlfriend. She really enjoyed the whole experience. The place is well equipped with short to mid- stays.
