The Snug at Lantern House is a self-contained guest house set in the beautiful country garden of Lantern House. Surrounded by fields, this tranquil home is only 10 minutes drive into the centre of Guildford and a stone’s throw away from the stunning villages and countryside of the Surrey North Downs. Perfect for hiking, cycling or visiting friends and family in beautiful Surrey, but still only an hour’s drive to the coast and 40 minutes train journey from Guildford to London Waterloo.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Newly refurbished annexed apartment. Just out of town, a short walk through the well lit Woking park and leisure center. The air fryer, induction hob, multifunction oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster for self catering, the area is also well provided by deliveroo for more dining options. Dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. king size bed plus a sofa bed option is roomy for one. Spacious shower. Dedicated parking space on the driveway. Two seater sofa, EE cable smart TV.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!
