Less than 1 mile from Bike Park Wales, and 3 miles from the Historic Town Centre of Merthyr Tydfil, 9 miles from Brecon Beacons National Park and 22 miles from Cardiff, with the benefit of private parking for 2 vehicles and ample further parking opposite and in the near vicinity. Also a safe secure alarmed bike shed, suitable for 5 large bikes, covered by CCTV, with heater.

Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. This bright and modern old miners cottage is a self contained home which includes 3 bedrooms and a practical bathroom on the first floor. Meanwhile the ground floor contains a kitchen and a large living/dining area with lots of light. The garden includes a lock up area for 6 bikes, where padlocks can be added as well as a place to sit to have a drink and relax. WIFI is FREE! We are perfectly located for Bike Park Wales, Brecon Beacons, Merthyr Rising, etc.

Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.
