Casas da Levada are family houses designed and created to provide comfort, conviviality, well-being and unforgettable moments of great tranquility. As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. The Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to 4 people + 2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to 2 people.

Stone house: wine with books, dogs and routes

The "caseiros" — the family that took care of the farm where our organic wine is currently grown — lived in this house. Restored in 2013, the old kitchen space with its "lareira", oven and stone sink was preserved, now a cool space to read, play or take a nap. The two open floors overlook the Miño River valley, which separates us from Portugal. Upstairs, to sleep or read; downstairs, where the animals used to be, to cook or go out to the small garden.

The house of "Sítio de Froufe" is located in Lugar de Froufe, in the parish of S. Miguel between both rivers in the municipality of Ponte da Barca, geographically within the territory of the Peneda Gerês National Park. What is now the "Sítio de Froufe" was for many years used as a shelter for animals and storage for agricultural products.
