Maria's house is beautiful, all granite and wood. The view is just sublime, the landscaped exterior is lovely too. We were remarkably well hosted by Sandra, an extremely kind and responsive young woman. We warmly recommend this listing.

Your directions for reaching the property were perfect, it was so useful to hear from you in advance. Very nice stay at Lucia's place, the accommodation was very nice and clean. We were 2 adults and 2 children and the accommodation is very well adapted. The setting around is beautiful, the pool is very nice, and there is a restaurant on site. We also had breakfast on site, everything was perfect. Connecting with the host was very easy. We actually can't describe this accommodation because we got moved to another place on the property because they were worried it might have been too noisy for us, so thoughtful. Their other place was awesome. What was wonderful were our hosts and surroundings. Ana was so helpful and lovely and we felt quite at home. It was great being in the countryside in the beautiful Druro Valley. The views were wonderful and was so peaceful. Felt like we were in the middle of a working vineyard. We enjoyed their wine also!

It is in the countryside (the terrace is surrounded by agapanthus) and a stone's throw from a swimming pool (there are two). Communication with Lucia was very easy. She and her colleagues were very responsive when we needed them. We highly recommend this property!

amazing view. we came on a very rainy day, but we want to return with sunshine to take a dip in the pool. the only suggestion would be to put an electric cable even if normal to charge electric car:)

This place was amazing, way bigger than it looks in the photos, with everything we needed and incredible views. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I get the chance!

Leonel's place is the reason we prefer airbnb to hotels. This little cottage in a little village high up in the mountains above the Douro valley immerses you in the experience - from the breathtaking views to the sound of birds and smells of the fruit trees that surround the house. Leonel, who lives on the property nearby, is the perfect host, extremely generous, friendly and caring he's what all airbnb hosts should aspire to be. If your'e considering visiting the Douro valley and don't mind staying a bit off the beaten path, stay here - you won't regret it!

It was brilliant to be meters from the train line and still be able to see the river.

l had a great time, the place is much better than the pictures, the views were amazing, check in and out was very easy, Francisco was very friendly and helpful, the house was clean and cosy with all the comforts needed. the swimming pool was great with spectacular views.

Very beautiful house, with a very colorful garden and a breathtaking view. The hosts were very friendly and available for whatever was needed. A reception with a muffin and a lemonade, just in time.
