Not suitable for elderly & kids as staircase quite steep. 5mins walking distance to shops, restaurants, Alliance Bank, KFC, market, petrol kiosk, bus stop & taxi stand. About 10mins drive to Kinabalu National Park, Desa Cattle Farm, Alpaca Farm, Sosodikon Hill, ATV ride and many more. Kitchen not fully equipped.
