The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. It is the main house, which after several modernizations is now rented out in the coming season to holiday guests.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Stay close to the beach, the Johannes Larsen Museum and the city. The apartment is separate in an extension of the main house. Kitchen with dining area and private (retro) bathroom. There is a view of the garden, and in the background, the old mill from Johannes Larsen can be enjoyed. There are chickens in the garden. Here, you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and museum visits. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
