The house is in a condominium with 24-hour security and complete leisure infrastructure, which includes a wonderful pool in the club, 50 meters from the house. It is close to the best beaches , such as Macumba, Prainha and Grumari, which are very popular for surfing. Close to the shopping mall and gastronomic center of Vargem Grande.

We are located on a street organized in a condominium, just 40 minutes from the south zone of Rio, 20 minutes from Barra da Tijuca and 15 minutes from Prainha and the beaches of Recreio and Macumba.

This greek style house is located in a cozy fishermen neighborhood (Barra de Guaratiba) in the west area of Rio de Janeiro. It has 3 suites, plenty of space and a beatifull garden. It stays on top of a rock with the cliffs hanging over the ocean. We don't rent for events. just for groups of maximum 6.

The house is in front of a public square frequented by families and with several Food Trucks from Thursday to Sunday, which makes the area very busy and safe. 250 MB Wi-Fi included use of Netflix on Smart TV. The bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote control and air-conditioning only in the front bedroom. TVs in bedrooms with HD NET The house is very airy. I hope guests feel at home.

Chalé da Paz is a rustic loft in eucalyptus, new (opened on 02/23/2022), built in the midst of nature. The balcony with Jacuzzi offers a beautiful view of the forest, the sea on the horizon and an unforgettable sunset. Air conditioning, 55" TV and wide view in all rooms. Very well-decorated suite with a king-size bed, bed linens and brand-new white towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, all cutlery, pots and dishes.
