Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ.Στην πλαγιά της Βέργας εκεί όπου η άγρια φύση περιπλέκει τα αρώματα της μαζί με την ιστορία του τόπου, δημιουργήθηκε το Lithea Villas από πέτρα και μπετό. Για αρχή υπήρξε ο λίθος οπού στα αρχαία ελληνικά ονομάζεται η πέτρα ,κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της δόμησης του και ύστερα ήρθε η θέα για την οποία ο καθένας θα μείνει έκπληκτος από την έκταση της. Όλα αυτά συντέλεσαν στην επινόηση των Lithea villas .

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
