Our bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel, and hand sanitizer. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The house is approximately 80 square meters and has two air conditioners. There is also heating in the winter. Guests report that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

Tranquility and elegance. A super top house that I modeled for my getaways to Venice. It took me a year to find it and almost two years to fix it up—it's brand new. I wanted to see the water from the windows, and the gondolas and boats passing by. An incredible water gate! A quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet centrally located and close to the most beautiful and authentic part of Venice. Convenient for going shopping, for the produce stand, or for the bakery, and not far from a vaporetto stop.
