It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the historic center of Venice, and the bus station is only a 4-minute walk away.The surroundings of the apartment are fully equipped: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, red wineries, pharmacies, etc.If taking the airport bus, get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment. Our bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel, and hand sanitizer. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The house is approximately 80 square meters and has two air conditioners. There is also heating in the winter. Guests report that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

Santa Marina Apartment

Luxury apartment in the heart of Venice, just an 8-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and 5 minutes from Rialto. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
