The luxury apartment ANA on the ground floor is 110m2 and accommodates 6 guests. A similar comfort is offered by the Apartment MIA in a mansard whose size is 85 m2 and it can accommodate 6 guests. Both apartments have a separate outdoor terrace. Please note that this is a strictly family-friendly holiday house.

In this spatial apartment in beautiful nature one or a family can enjoy a beautiful vacation. The apartment includes a bedroom, a nursery, a bathroom and a large living room with a kitchen and a dining table which has an open view on the beautiful landscape. It is also accompanied by a large balcony. Berčice by Metlika are an incredible starting point for many tourist attractions and to the warm and clean river Kolpa with a beautiful beach. The region is known by it's wonderful birch forests.

V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

The house is located in the center of Metlika, near the museum, church, bus station and shopping center. It is 1 km to the river Kolpa and the crossing to Croatia. Parking is possible. The first floor of the house for guests includes a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom with WC. From the living room it is possible to go to the balcony with a beautiful view of the city and Gorjanci. The apartment is heated. The fee is paid separately 1.8 euros per night and per person.

The cottage is located in a peaceful location surrounded with vineyards and nearby the warmest Slovenian river Kolpa (up to 28°C). Ideal getaway from fast moving life just a few minutes away from main road. The accommodation offers barbecuing in the garden, bathing in the jacuzzi or night time watching the beautiful sky filled with stars. The surrounding offers outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, canoeing or swimming in the Kolpa. You can also visit great local vineries for degustation.
