My place is good for couples, families, nature lovers, and peace seekers. It is located 2 km from Sori, in a single-family villa consisting of 2 apartments, each with a maximum capacity of 6 sleeping accommodations. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning and is in energy class A. Outside, the Villa is surrounded by olive groves and orchards as far as the eye can see. Guests have access to a swimming pool with outdoor areas equipped with a barbecue and wood-burning oven. Breakfast is available.

The 109 steps that lead to this cosy apartment are worth to admire the suggestive view that from the private terraces among the roofs of the Genoese caruggi! It is a perfect location to visit the most beautiful touristic and historical places on foot. A few steps away from via Garibaldi with its beautiful Rolli palaces, the cathedral of S Lorenzo, Piazza De Ferrari, the Porto Antico, the Aquarium.

Al tuo arrivo, dopo aver percorso una strada di montagna, ti troverai immerso nella natura. Attenzione nell'ultimo km ci sono 2 restringimenti della carreggiata causa lavori in corso. La casa ha 3 camere da letto: zona living con un divano letto comodissimo e 2 bagni. La cucina è al piano terra a fianco alla la sala giochi con: biliardo, ping pong, freccette. Nel giardino troverai la hot tub con idromassaggio (servizio extra su prenotazione) , il bbq e tutto per il relax.

Villa Madonna is a property built in the late 19th century. Its name comes from the fresco you'll see above the front door. Here you will be surrounded by nature, surrounded by peace. You can listen to the sound of cicadas or birds, watch the sun rise from behind the mountain at dawn or relax and watch the stars. A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
