Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Ideal starting point for visiting the vineyards. Villa Modéliacus, the Route des Grands Crus

Located in the south of the Côte d'Or, Meuilley is a small, typical Burgundy village. At the foot of the vineyards, we welcome you all year round in an old stone vat dating from before 1750, renovated with a touch of modernity. 5 minutes from Nuits-Saint-Georges, 30 minutes from Dijon and 15 minutes from Beaune, the site also allows you to access the route des grands crus. There are a bakery and a restaurant close to the cottage. Voie Verte and bike-friendly hosting. Vignobles et Découvertes certified, wine boutique.

"Le Sarment", Beaune, historic district

Just 2 steps from the ramparts, shops and the town's most attractive wine cellars, take a break at Le Sarment to discover Beaune. Ground floor, quiet, comfortable and welcoming. Equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms overlooking the courtyard with quality bedding and private bathrooms (1 shower in one and a bath in the other). Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Saltwater pool, heated from May 1st to September 30th, private parking, independent entrance. Tastefully decorated, equipped kitchen, 140 cm adjustable HD screen, Wi-Fi. Brazier available. In the heart of the vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes between Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges, you will enjoy the tranquility and calm of the countryside in this old barn that has been completely renovated. Ideally located for hiking (GR7, GR76 etc.) and to discover the rich Burgundian heritage in the surroundings, from Dijon to Clos Vougeot, from Vosne-Romanée to Nuits-Saint-Georges and the famous Hospices de Beaune, our house can accommodate 6 people for a few days or a week.

La Layotte

1 km from Nuits Saint Georges, House, classified 3 stars with a private garden where you can park your car. Located on the Route des Grands Crus, which is also a national road to travel through the climates of Burgundy at the foot of the vineyards of VOSNE ROMANEE in Beaune or Dijon. Close to the cellars and historical sites. 4 bikes are available for nice rides. Odile and Jean Paul will be happy to welcome you and guide you during your stay.

Les Cabanes de l'Oré – Manoir Equivocal

Sheets and towels provided – beds prepared before your arrival (single beds or double beds according to your instructions – baby cribs available on site). Group gîte attached to a 15th century historic monument, the house faces nature and is in the heart of an organic cereal farm. The rooms are small cabins made of natural and local materials; a walkway connects the rooms to a large kitchen that opens onto a fully glazed living room.

Vacation home on "the Grands Crus route", with family or friends in an epicurean setting. A peaceful place to discover and explore the Beaune region and its surroundings. The place has everything to make the most of your stay in Côte d'Or among the 11 Vignerons in a cozy & bright place. Terrace facing 100% south. The house is independent with private access on the street/parking side, the garden side faces the guest house.

You will enjoy a terrace and its 3-person jacuzzi. A games room is also available to guests: foosball, pinball, darts and many board games. Parking space in the garage + free street parking. Ideal house for a stay with family or friends :)

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
