Private room with terrace to relax Roma - Condesa!

Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Su excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de Reforma, te permite estar en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad, para visitar museos, restaurantes, hacer shopping y dar paseos cerca del Ángel de la Independencia. La colonia cuenta con todos los servicios: tiendas, mercado, súper, ciclopista, parque y transporte público. Es segura para andar de noche, está a una cuadra de la embajada estadounidense. El espacio, es independiente y acogedor, con todos los servicios, incluida vigilancia 24H.

"El Palomar de Leonardo" is very well lit, it is a space with a rustic design. Functional, providing great comfort and a very good location. The kitchenette allows the preparation of food with complete freedom and comfort (Microwave Oven, Stove, Refrigerator and kitchen utensils). Close to Mixcoac Metro station 200m All guests are welcome, regardless of gender, religion, race, or creed. Due to the proximity to another space and stairs, we do not allow children under 12 years old.

Beautiful and practically* independent rooftop studio with its own little kitchen (basic stove, sink, and small refrigerator), private bathroom and terrace. Two exterior stairs led you to the rooftop. *The studio is located in the rooftop of our house, so you cross through the main house. We are located in San Miguel Chapultepec, a beautiful neighborhood next to Chapultepec Park and Condesa, near 2 subway stations, bike lanes, and metrobus.
