Private room with terrace to relax Roma - Condesa!

Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Magnificent independent studio apartment

Because it is so well located, it is very accessible to any point of interest in the city, either on foot or by public transport. It is located 2 blocks from the United States Embassy, 3 blocks from the Angel de la Independencia, 1 block from Metro Bus, 4 blocks from the Metro, 1 block from Paseo de la Reforma where you can take the turibus, ecobici, cycle routes. That in terms of the area and in terms of the room is a completely independent space with a private bathroom and all the amenities.

A balcony area features two black chairs and a small table, surrounded by potted plants. A glass door leads to the interior, while a view of the city is visible in the background, with buildings and greenery framed against an overcast sky.

Room in Rooftop / Portals

Lovely room in a rooftop between the center and the south of the CDMX. Near the most touristic places: 15 min from La Roma/Condesa, Coyoacán, Wtc, Zócalo and 25 min from Airport, Xochimilco, Polanco and Foro Sol. The spot is in a local zone close to the Subway (400m), supermarkets, mini super, restaurants, laundry’s. The place is completely private, and has a double bed, Tv, bathroom, wifi and a kitchenette and an incredible view to the sunset and the city. 420 friendly too 🍃

"El Palomar de Leonardo" is very well lit, it is a space with a rustic design. Functional, providing great comfort and a very good location. The kitchenette allows the preparation of food with complete freedom and comfort (Microwave Oven, Stove, Refrigerator and kitchen utensils). Close to Mixcoac Metro station 200m All guests are welcome, regardless of gender, religion, race, or creed. Due to the proximity to another space and stairs, we do not allow children under 12 years old.

Beautiful and practically* independent rooftop studio with its own little kitchen (basic stove, sink, and small refrigerator), private bathroom and terrace. Two exterior stairs led you to the rooftop. *The studio is located in the rooftop of our house, so you cross through the main house. We are located in San Miguel Chapultepec, a beautiful neighborhood next to Chapultepec Park and Condesa, near 2 subway stations, bike lanes, and metrobus.

The exterior of a multi-story building showcases a textured yellow facade. A white door is situated centrally, flanked by a small window on one side. The area around the entrance is well-maintained, with a concrete pathway leading to the door.

Cozy studio with separate entrance for 2 people, kitchen, bathroom, breakfast bar. SmartTV and high speed WiFi. 15 minutes from the airport. On a quiet, cozy street with easy access by car or public transport (4 blocks from the Balbuena metro). Great location, we are 10 minutes from the Palacio de lo Deportes, Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, Foro Sol, TAPO bus terminal. And a 20-minute drive to the Historic Center.
