We were impressed by the warm hospitality. The accommodation was clean, cozy and comfortable throughout our stay. Acell went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Querencia Villa place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience.

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

the picture posted on the website looks old or maybe the lighting is not good but the unit looks great in person, all white, the tissue provided doesn't have cheap materials, the coffee also is not the kind of cheap ones, the internet is not that good for few days since I'm working remotely but it was a good experience, we had a peaceful stay, the host is responsive

I had an excellent experience staying at this condo! The space was modern, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities. The host was responsive and ensured a seamless check-in process. Stunning views and great building facilities made it even better. Highly recommend!

The place looks just like the photos in the listing. It’s spacious and has a very homey feel—everyone in our group felt comfortable and at home. One suggestion would be to have a split-type air conditioner in the living room, as it’s a large area. Also, if you’re planning a longer stay, make sure to bring everything you need ahead of time since there aren’t any stores nearby. There are a few restaurants in the area if you want to eat out. Overall, we had a great stay! And Ms. Kim is very responsive and kind!
