The house is just like the photos, good for trips with family or friends, the area is quiet, safe, 3 spacious bedrooms with closets, a King, a Queen and a Double super comfortable beds and 2 modern full bathrooms, it has everything to prepare food, water jugs, even salt, pepper, oil and sugar. They leave you several large pool towels and super clean bath towels. They have board games, Internet, Smart TV in the living room, air conditioning in the living room and dining room, which allows you to enjoy common areas in hot weather, in addition each room also has its air conditioning and fan, a plus the covered pool in the courtyard, private 24hrs, if you go with children you can watch them while you cook or you are in the dining room/living room talking, without sunbathing directly it is also perfect for adults to relax, with excellent heated water the stay, recommended, we will return. Thanks Paty and Yecenia, you made our weekend at your house great as a family.

Planning our trip was easy with Sophia helping us through the check in process and answering all our questions. Her home felt like our own with all her beautiful plants! I would recommend to friends and family!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

We planned to stay a little over a week, but due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to extend our stay. Luckily the place was available and didn’t have to move. Our host was very accommodating and attentive. The place was just as described, in a great location close to stores and restaurants. It was clean and well maintained. We were able to enjoy the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

I went for the sole purpose of disconnecting from the work day and relaxing on the beach with my boxer dog, and it was achieved! The loft is beautiful and super suitable, it has everything you need The condominium staff at all times are super friendly and respectful. obviously there are rules and you have to take care of the facilities but both me and my dog treated us super well. has easy access to the beach and is a very nice beach perfect for swimming and walking Diego was aware that everything was perfect and he didn't miss out on any details to make it so. He's an excellent host. I would definitely go back, spend a few magical days.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Stayed here before and didn’t realized I rebooked the same place after I got married. Still loved it just the same. It’s in the marina with tons of restaurants. All boat tours and activities are a 4 min drive or just a 3 min walk. Love it !

Our stay at this modern and chic Airbnb in the PV Romantic Zone was perfect! We felt completely at home – in fact, we were so comfortable, we wanted to know where the amazing linens and mattress came from! 🤣 The location is super convenient, and is walking distance to the heart of all the gay pride events, restaurants, bars, and los muertos beach including Mantamar 🐋. The rooftop pool was awesome. It had great views of the bay. My one piece of feedback would be to get the refrigerator working at the pool bar. It is about to be under renovation so that could be why. The 24-hour security was a huge plus. We loved relaxing on the balcony, whether it was to cool down after a day in the sun or get ready for an evening out. And the sliding walls were such a cool, unique feature that added to the open and inviting feel of the place. The host, Will was super responsive and helpful. We were able to be super flexible and he made sure we were comfortable. 10/10 - would stay here again!

Where to start? The location is great, with a lot of privacy, little traffic, and great restaurants (as well as supermarkets) all a 10–15 minute drive away. You won’t be able to order food from public delivery services such as Didi, Uber or Rappi, but if you call a specific restaurant that does delivery they will get it to you. Secondly, the beach was amazing. You get private access, so no vendors and barely any other people. The beach itself is great with nice gentle waves, great for boogie boarding, soft sand and not too deep. The house had everything we needed, from things to take to the beach, utensils to cook ourselves a nice breakfast, towels, and the pool was a nice bonus as well. There was also a shower head to rinse off sand before coming inside, which was much needed. Lesley welcomed us with a delicious sourdough loaf and maracuya jam that we enjoyed on the first day. Great way to start a vacation. Overall 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back (hopefully soon).

Place was beautiful and had 2 balconies on opposite sides of the condominium which was great as we got beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Place was fear and very well taken care of. Can’t really ask for more when you have an ocean front property and the ocean is a few steps away. Description of the property was spot on. My family and I will definitely be looking at staying at this property on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta and have shared the information with our family and friends. We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

It was really cozy and nice, very complete and functional. The hostess is super attentive, you just have to follow the external rules to the letter, but the apartment is phenomenal, so if you want to spend a few pleasant days, it's definitely worth it.

Very good place to stay, the coto is quiet and close to the beach. Alan always responded to my messages and help all the time of the stay.
