This home is in a nice quiet location and not too far from i-95. An easy commute to Aventure Mall and 30 minutes to downtown Miami! Replies quickly for anything. I did not have one trouble at all!

Muy agradecida que nos permitieron hacer check in temprano, Julian nos espero para abrirnos la puerta ya que el codigo se activaba en un horario especifico. La joya de este alojamiento es el patio, por las noches es magico y super relajante. Estan en todos los detalles, hasta dejarnos agua fría y snacks. I'm very grateful that they allowed us to check in early. Julian waited for us to open the door, as the code was activated at a specific time. Psalm was very responsive, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay for the full duration I had planned due to the bed being a bit uncomfortable for me. That said, I do think the price is fair for the place.

Loved our home away from home, very inviting. Definitely would stay again. Walking distance to midtown Miami with restaurants and stores. Enjoyed the easy, cheap Ubers to the art museums

I came to Miami for Ultra music festival , that’s why l choose this place it was walkable to the Bayfront park , also it was close to the Brickell, very nice , clean , comfortable stay for me .

This was a small but very comfortable space that suited us nicely. The host was attentive and we knew we could reach out if needed, tho we didn’t need to. The location was great for beach access. It was pretty quiet. We did hear other guests but I think it was only when they were outside not in their rooms nextdoor. So it was quiet. Some road noise was heard but it was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable. The only real issue was the very strong cleaning smell odor that barely dissipated over our three day stay. Every time we came back to the room we needed to air it out. My biggest wish I general is that cleaners use fragrance free products but we may be in the minority there. Maybe the smell of cleaning products somehow reassures people their place was cleaned. Overall it was a great place for us to spend a few days.

The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy, beautiful view, great location. The unequipped kitchen, that could improve. Guido was always attentive and kind.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just 8 minutes from Hollywood Beach. The backyard was a relaxing spot to unwind, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

I was in town for a conference. This was a quick weekend stay. It was convenient and affordable given the other hotels nearby. Uber drivers could find us easily.

Breakfast was great! And the beds were so comfy. It is a great home to go to to meet people from around the world and culturally exchange .

we had a very nice stay. I had to change plans a few times and he was very accommodating. response time was very fast and very clear. house was as advertised. quiet and clean in a safe, gated community. keep in mind you will have about a 30+ minute drive to most activities. south beach, museums, shopping. you HAVE to go to the ice cream museum. we are 2 adults, and we loved it! good for all ages and you have to buy tickets for time slots, so its never overcrowded. Def the highlight of our trip! thanks for everything!

Very clean and and friendly environment.

Doug is one of the best hosts I've ever stayed with. My room was fully stocked with a fridge full of sodas and waters, a drawer full of snacks, and other useful goodies. There's also a kitchen on site with more food (all free of charge), and he has towels, sunscreen, and other sundries available to use if you need them. The room was super clean, quiet, and comfortable; and the pool was great. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay, and would certainly stay here again.
