Beachfront holiday rental in Miami-Dade County

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

Luxury Suite in the famous Fontainebleau Resort. Definitely worth a visit. Very transparent communication with Reuwen on the cost, he is also very helpful. The apartment has a great seaside view, a small kitchen and can host 2-4 people. Check-in is easy, as it is operated by the hotel. The resort has a broad and impressive offering. Great location!

Perfect location, spotless place. Near everything but out of Brickell busy streets. Host was super responsive and kind. Definitely will book again!

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

This is a great find! We really enjoyed our stay, it was a 10/10! Frost was very attentive and good at communication. The space was clean and as described. Definitely recommend this host and AirBnB.

This place is in a great location, right on Ocean Dr! I was surprised how quiet it was inside with all the music playing outside. We only stayed one night, after getting off a cruise ship. It was perfect for what we needed. It was a little cramped for our group (my bf, me and my two kids) but would be perfect for a couple! With our two big suitcases, there wasn’t a lot of run to walk, but it served its purpose. It was easy to get out and walk around South Beach! It was super clean and looked just like the photos. The hosts were very responsive and friendly! I would definitely stay here again, but probably just my bf and me! Thanks for sharing this awesome place! 😊

This rental is a great and significantly cheaper alternative to booking a room through the W South Beach. Communication was excellent and check-in at the W Residence desk was a breeze. You are basically staying at the W and are afforded access to all of the amenities just as if you had booked a room through Marriott. The room itself was immaculate and clean with an outstanding view. One thing to know about the W is depending on your room/suite location, it is possible to get stuck with a balcony that sits adjacent to a neighboring balcony which offers little privacy. This balcony of this unit offered great privacy with no other balconies adjacent. It is also located on the 17th floor at the beach end of the building resulting in excellent views. Highly recommend!

Emerita was fantastic and even checked in with us and offered us another place when a tropical storm caused some flooding and lightning nearby. The RV was well equipped and the area offered much to do. Emerita thought of all the comforts of home. We just wish the weather had cooperated so we could enjoy all the amenities like the kayaks and fishing. We would like to come back again for the full experience.

The apartment is well located, close to the bars and the beach, very complete, it had umbrellas and deckchairs for the beach. Yes, on some nights, the noise from the apartments next door could be heard. Beyond that, highly recommended. Regards

The accommodation has a great location, and everything you need for a vacation. A plus point are the beach chairs, as the beach is only 2 minutes away on foot. You can also get to all the hotspots super fast by public transport. The 100 and the free Miami Beach Trolly start right at the front door. At night, however, you can hear a lot of noise, as it is now directly on a main road, but we gladly accepted that. The door to the bathroom should be renewed, because it is broken at the bottom and on the other hand only goes through a certain handle with lifting the door. All in all, the apartment is unbeatable for the price in the location. We will be happy to come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dominque’s place! I was looking for a quick getaway and this was exactly what I needed! I loved the location, being away from the hustle and bustle of the South Beach area. It’s located right across the street from the beach, which made it easy to get in/out when the weather was less than sunny some days. All of the essentials in the house were great, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to go back for my next getaway!

Martin was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved how close it was to the beach—such a great location for a relaxing getaway!

Cute and cozy spot just steps from the beach and Ocean Drive, yet surprisingly quiet—perfect for a restful night. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Andrey's place! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a low key weekend in Miami Beach. The home was clean, had beautiful & well thought out decor, kitchen was great for cooking breakfast (plus the mini market downstairs was helpful for basics like eggs, bread, milk) and we appreciated the easy beach access with on hand towels, chairs and umbrella. We rented Citibikes and biked down the boardwalk, about a 30 minute ride to South Beach. Definitely recommend!
